The room was very very small. Hardly space for one person to move. The most inconvenient part was the washroom was not ensuite - it was a few steps away - was private used by us but we had to lock and open every time we used it. Plus carrying our stuff back and forth.

Great location! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and made sure they were available to welcome us. Cleaners did an amazing job of making sure our room was tidied every day. Would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again. I really appreciated the messages and communication in lead up to our stay here. Thank you!

A localização foi perfeita, entre a estação de trem e o centro histórico, fizemos tudo a pé. O atendimento foi ótimo, super atenciosos. O hotel é bem novo, quarto e banheiro confortáveis. Tem agua e café expresso como cortesia e lugar para deixar as malas após o check-out.

Location, accommodations, and communication. Simple but comfortable. A basic facilities, and nice AC, elevator, and luggage storage.

La atención muy bien, el Internet perfecto, el único problema es que los accesos para llegar a la habitación son muy complicados, si llevas una Carriola o niños, no te dicen que están situados en el tercer piso y en el elevador solamente cabe una persona, terrible, los accesos para Las habitaciones

It was right in the heart of Venice, and walkable from the boat port from the airport. However, if you have lots of luggage, there are several bridges to cross and the cobblestone street made it difficult to maneuver my luggage. When we left, we took a private boat from the rear of the hotel, which made it very convenient to the train station. The historical beautiful property was very special.

The location was very convenient. The room looked to be newly renovated and spacious but the location is extremely loud. You can hear everything the people in nearby rooms are doing as well as people coming and going in the hallway all night long. The staff also over complicated the check in process. I was asked on three separate occasions to provide an exact time of my check in. As a traveler, it is very hard to provide a provide time. Then when I asked for an access code to the building, it was not provided until after I checked in. This is a very odd process from what I am used to with other hotels. I would not stay here again in the future based on the inconveniences.

Great location, wonderful greeting / reception. Lovely staff who gave us the run down on the room & Hotel facilites. Room small, but comfortable. Close to tourist attractions, bars, restaurants etc.
