駅に比較的に近いホテルです、さらに従業員の方々はとてもフレンドリーで話しやすかったです。朝食付きでとてもリーズナブルな価格でした。しかし、ホテルの治安が少し心配です。

God beliggenhed, pænt værelse, vi var glade for airconditionen. Morgenmaden var pænt dårlig, den vil jeg ikke anbefale, at man tilkøber, der lå varer der var udløbet med op til et år. Det er heller ikke optimalt, at receptionen ikke var bemandede hver dag. Et fint lille og billigt hotel tæt på bymidten af Napoli.

Rezeption ist nie besetzt man kann online einchecken. Hierzu das Hotel per WhatsApp kontaktieren... das wird einem aber nicht gesagt. Man steht daher erstmal vor verschlossener Tür. Einrichtung und sauberkeit ok, aber eher Hostel/ Jugendherbers Niveau. Allein die Lage, nah an der Central Ststion ist gut.

Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und nie wieder buchen. Die Lage ist schrecklich, laut und unsicher. Zu jeder Uhrzeit was los. Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig wir waren dort einmal und nie wieder, essen bleibt dort mehrere Tage liegen, Wurst, Kuchen etc.. schon hart. Keine Auswahl zum Frühstücken. trotz das wir für bezahlt haben, nie wieder dort hingegangen. Sauberkeit gleich 0. 5 Stock sehr unpraktisch. Fahrstuhl fällt bald auseinander. Dusche läuft über, und man kann sich nicht drehen. Klobürste macht das Klo noch dreckiger. Fenster quietscht. Wasser im Seitenspender mit Wasser einfach aufgefüllt. Personal nie an der Rezeption. Obwohl dort eine Lounge zum sitzen ist, konnte man da nicht rein, mit Schlössern zu geriegelt. Keine Bettdecke oder Bettwäsche bekommen. Nur ein Laken mit denen wir eine Woche lang schlafen mussten. Matratze Flecken. Waschbecken komplett verrostet. Bett quetscht permanent selbst nur beim umdrehen. Ich rate SEHR von diesen Hotel AB.

I have been solo travelling for 11 years, and I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting and one of the worst hotels I have ever been to, and not to mention the staff. Very disturbed by the way the situation was handled by the "manager." Unfortunately, I can't attach images; I have screenshots and evidence. I would say 100% avoid this place unless you want unwanted contact or fingers up in your private parts. You read that correctly: one of the male managers, I don't know his name, will insert his two fingers inside, and he also knows the code number to your room. You will be shocked and scared. The manager called Carly does not care, and she would not even make a phone call to prove that it was her over the phone and not the other guy when I was scared.

It was ok. Ok location. Bathroom door need fixing and toilet seat was broken. Brought it to the attention to the staff on departure. The staff was great about letting us store our luggage while we went in a tour. Breakfast was a nice addition to our stay.

The area was super shady and the staff stole from our room durung cleaning. DO NOT live in this area unless you want to experience the following: A group of guys threatened my boyfriend with a knife to make him withdraw money, somebody tried to rob my purse, and we got slapped in the face by some guys driving a scooter. We were only lucky that check in worked, as an employee arrived at the time we tried reaching the place as there were nobody to find…

City officials need to address safety, cleanliness around Napoli Centrale

Gute Lage, nah am Bahnhof Garibaldi und Zentrum, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.. Man muss die Registrierung einen Tag vorher machen und kann dadurch auch nachts anreisen. Das Hotel ist durch WhatsApp gut zu kontaktieren. Haben uns das Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt. Das Frühstück ist gut, kleines Buffet aber ausreichend. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, das Bad naja könnte saniert werden. Für unseren Kurztrip war das Hotel in Ordnung.

Beautiful views of Naples from the 5th floor. Front desk staff very helpful. Easy short walk from train station.

Essenziale,ottima la posizione

I enjoyed my stay but the pictures of the hotel could be more accurate since it seemed like a service hotel and not a self-service apartment type of hotel. Also the location is not close to any restaurant except MiMi which was excellent but expensive. The counter personnel was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Tutto bene, Posizione comodissima per tutti mezzi di trasporto ed anche per spostamenti a piedi . Peccato Il temporaneo disservizio dell’ascensore nell'intero periodo di pernottamento , considerando i 5 piani di ripide scale……

Deludente perché: tranne la camera che era pulita e gradevole anche se con una macchia di muffa sotto il condizionatore il resto lascia a desiderare…… La struttura è all’interno di un palazzo un po’ trascurato vecchio e sporco; La reception c’è solo in fasce orarie indefinite e l’ingresso viene gestito con dei messaggi whatsapp fornendo delle password; La sala colazione indecente e la colazione pessima di bassissima qualità; Infine l’accoglienza non qualificata.

First of all I have problem with the check in. The bathroom was not clean at all. The bed do not have conforter. After paying a night with breakfast included the enploy request more money. Absolutly I dont recomend this hotel. I have been used expedia for 10 years and this is the worst experience that I had.

L'hôtel est à une dizaine de minute de la gare, l'accueil était vraiment sympa et les instructions clair pour accéder à notre chambre. L'hôtesse parlait un peu d'anglais et de français ce qui a rendu les conversations assez simple. La chambre disposé de 2 lits simples confortable avec 2 oreillers chacun, une climatisation, une télé, pas de bouilloire (légèrement regrettable) et une armoire. La salle de bain était grande et la douche spacieuse pour un grand comme moi (malheureusement ils ont eu un petit problème d'eau à notre arrivée qui nous a limité l'eau chaude mais pas plus handicapant que ça).

Staff are friendly, but unfortunately the hotel is abysmal. The lift was something out of the fifties. The sink in the bathroom had an automatic plug which was always in down position so you could not have running water. Reception was only open from 12 o'clock +. So if you wanted anything, tough.

Room was ok, but when we got there our room hadn’t been cleaned! The reception was also almost never open, the check in process was confusing. It’s located in a bit of a shady area but it’s close to the train station. Cheap, but wouldn’t come here again.

Helt ok budget hotell nära centralstationen. Rent och snyggt.

Walking distance to trains. Area around hotel is very busy.
