The rooms were clean and well kept and the food is delicious

The hotel is centrally located and a short walk from Emancipation Park. The lobby was nicely appointed with Island chic decor. The breakfast included was plentiful with loads of variety. The restaurant "Alexander" was full service, with many interesting choices and good prices. The Wednesday night BBQ will not disappoint. The room was spacious, clean and had a large balcony. Definitely going to return as the pool and patio bar created a vacation resort feeling in the heart of the first city that takes business and entertainment seriously. Staff was very friendly and ready to serve.

Very good hotel

The Operation Manager spoke to me as if I was begging - she didn’t take into consideration my Expedia status. I felt belittled. She gave me the update but the tone was not the best. I booked a balcony room which was not available when I checked it as such a suite was given. The overall experience was not good. The WiFi was not upgraded had to called twice etc. I don’t feel welcome

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I will keep going back. I had a very good view from my room's balcony. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Delicious breakfast.

I love staying at the Courtleigh Hotel! This was my third stay there. It is a wonderful hotel. The property is clean and the rooms are well kept. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. The food is delicious. I love the location. It is walking distance from other food options and the Kingston depot of the Knutsford Express, a bus which will take you to other parishes in Jamaica. I will gladly return to the Courtleigh Hotel my next time in Kingston.

This was my fourth stay at the Courtleigh Hotel, but without doubt my most enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable visit since I last stayed here several years ago. The hotel has benefited from an impressive makeover, creating a fresh, modern, and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter the reception area. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and I would like to particularly commend the gentleman on duty during the early morning of 14 July for his warm welcome, attentiveness, and excellent customer service. The food and beverage offering has improved significantly. Breakfast now provides a wider variety of choices, and most of the restaurant staff were generally friendly, attentive, and eager to assist, helping to create a pleasant dining experience throughout my stay. My room (805) was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Having televisions in both the lounge and bedroom was a nice touch, and I especially appreciated the kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare light meals and added an extra level of comfort and convenience. The housekeeping and porter teams deserve special recognition. They were consistently friendly, respectful, and helpful, and are a real credit to the hotel's management and staff culture. One of the hotel's greatest advantages remains its location. Emancipation Park is just a five-minute walk away and provides an excellent setting for leisure, cultural and relaxation. 🇯🇲😃✔️

The Staff were welcoming and kind and pleasant. The room was clean and breakfast was excellent every morning.

The facility was very clean, breakfast was good, the cornmeal porridge was excellent, I enjoyed it. The front desk staff at night when we arrived was not friendly. But overall everything was good.

I did not get the room with a balcony that I had reserved. No upgrade this time

Nice place to stay in Kingston.

Warm welcoming vibe the minute we stepped inside....thanks to the friendly, helpful staff we checked in and were in our room within minutes! The room was spotless, beds comfortable and the view of the City of Kingston from my balcony was breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and dinner while there and we will definitely be back. Thanks you so much for providing the service that you do.
