・便利な立地で、快適な旅行を味わうことが出来ました。 ・清潔で落ち着いた室内、冷蔵庫や湯沸かし器、ドリップコーヒーやお茶なども揃っており、便利です。 ・室内にスリッパがなかったので持参が必要かも。 ・チェックインの手続き、パスワード等の連絡が、チェックインの15分くらい前に連絡するまでわからないのが不安でした。連絡して初めて、チェックインのためにスタッフがホテルに来ることもその場で知りました。 ・事前に予定チェックイン時間を連絡するとスムーズですとの連絡あり、連絡しましたが、当日午後2時ごろに「何時ごろチェックインしますか？」と直接電話での問い合わせがありました。 ・ドリップコーヒーはおいしかったのですが、4泊の間、補充はありませんでしたので、1杯しか飲めませんでした。（お願いすれば補充いただけるのかもしれませんが） ・同様に4泊で出たゴミもチェックアウトまで全部室内に保管することになりました。（途中の部屋清掃はチェックイン時に希望するよう記載はありました） 以上シンプルなシステム故に、どんどん要望を伝えないと答えていただけないかもしれません。理解したうえで楽しんでいただければと思います。

とても、清潔で、広く最高のへやでした

チェックイン時にご連絡いただいた部屋番号にミスがあるというトラブルがありましたが，電話ですぐに対応いただけました。少し駅からは歩きますが，荷物が多くなければ許容範囲かと思います。内装はとてもきれいで快適でした。

民家の中にあり趣きのある宿でした。内装はホテル風で非常に清潔で居心地が良かったです。チェックインは徒歩１０分ほど離れたカフェで、宿の出入り、部屋はダイヤル式で合理的です。

清潔で、子供連れでも安心して過ごせました。ただし、石の浴槽はお湯がぬるくなり、とても浸かって温まれるお風呂ではありませんでした。

Unfortunately this was the worst accomodation and worst service in our Japan trip. We got the ground floor room 101 and it had multiple cockroaches and small crawling / jumping insects (luckily not bed bugs). Judging from the bad smell coming out of the bathroom, the cockroaches must have come out of the drainage holes (they didn't have mesh covers). When we notified the hotel, first they didn't believe us and asked for photos of the cockroaches. When we sent them the photos, they simply replied "sorry for the inconvenience". I asked for a solution and recommended for an electric anti insect/cockroach (with a link from a Japan store) which would benefit future guests as well, they simply said they don't have it. Our family stayed 4 nights and when we asked for replacement towels, they said it'd be 300 yen each. We were provided secondhand slippers which were clearly dirty. We love Japan but this property ruined the image for us, we know it's not a good representation of Japan. On the good side, the room size is reasonable and the walk isn't too far from shops etc.

총체적 후기 : 1일 정도 지내는건 괜찮으나 2일 이상 넘어가는 일정은 비추천, 그들이 제공해준 서비스 대비 요금도 저렴하지 않았습니다. 가와라마치나 교토역까지 도보로 이동가능한 수준이어서 주로 걸어다녔습니다. 장점 -수압이 강함 -화장실이 청결함 -욕조가 있음 -따뜻한 물이 잘 나옴 -깔끔하게 잘 관리된 드롱기 커피포트 단점 -샤워 타울 교체는 세트 당 300엔의 요금이 발생. -수건에서 냄새가 남 -쓰레기 수거 안해줌, 편의점 봉투로 쓰레기 담았음 (익스피디아 메세지로 수거 문의 요청하였으나 답장 없음) -영어로 문의하면 일본어로 답장이 와서 번역하느라 불편. 그냥 한국어로 이야기했더니 호텔측에서도 변역해서 답장해줌. -베개가 굉장히 딱딱함 -체크인 절차 굉장히 불편, 교토역에서 5분 거리에 위치한 리셉션에서 체크인을 하거나, 시설에서 체크인 하는 방법이 있는데 시설에 상주하는 직원이 없어서 시설 체크인을 요청할 경우 직원이 올때까지 기다려야 함 -신발장 없음. -옷장 없음 -방음이 굉장히 안됨. 복도에서 이야기 하는 소리, 캐리어 끌고다니는 소리가 너무 잘 들림. 다른 객실에서 매일 아침 울리는 아이폰 알람은 나를 미치게 했다. -창문을 열 수 없음, 환기 불가. 여태 다녀본 교토 여행 중 가장 불만족스러웠던 투숙 경험이었습니다.

Didn't get any emails from Expedia regarding how to check in - we arrived at the hotel and found out that there is no staff at the actual hotel. Had to take another taxi to yet another place ( with all our luggage! ) to get the access codes to enter the hotel - it's quite a waste of time! Other than that - once you're checked in, it's actually a nice property. Bit of a walk to the nearest train station / bus stop, but still bearable. There's a really nice public bath ( Sauna Ume Yu ) that opens until late, definitely a must visit if you stay here.

Good: 1. Room is large and comfortable bed. 2. Bathroom was great. 3. Free in house selfserve laundry but takes a long time to wash dry FYI. CON (read especially if you have no phone service) 1. There is no one onsite. - This mean you can't send luggage in advance 2. I did not get email with instructions how to check-in. You check in at ANOTHER location. They said they had trouble sending msg to my email. They do not respond to chat messages in Expedia. I had to chat with expedia who called them on my behalf. Wasted 4 hours trying to check in. Important note, THERE IS NO PHONEBOOTH nearby. 7/11 has no phone booth. Other facilities (hotel) would not allow you to use their phone.... They need to post alternative contact method other then phone and expedia chat since they are unable to respond. Its not just me, another hotel guest had the same problem as me as I was exiting hotel... 3. They only offer one time garbage /room cleaning service free of charge. Additional fee for frequent cleaning/garbage pickup - Closest garbage dump is 7/11 (5-7 min walk) 4. The wall is thin (poor sound isolation), you can easily hear next door guest
