快適なベッドで快適な睡眠がとれました。 朝食のオムレツも最高においしかったです！

スタッフの方々のきめ細やかな対応、又、きびきびとした動きが非常に洗練されており、さすがだと感心致しました。もし機会があればこの次も是非宿泊したいと思っております。

とても綺麗で洗練されています。海外のお客様をお迎えすることを見据えた工夫がたくさんあった様に感じます。お部屋にあったお抹茶セット、コーヒーをハンドドリップする道具、メモに添えられた筆ペン、メモを挟む文鎮など、隅々にまで工夫が凝らされています。電子ピアノが置いてあったのも素敵でした。五感を刺激する朝ごはんも最高でした！

引き出しの中は埃があり、 少し気になりました。

Rude staff. Manager wouldn’t extend check out time even an extra hour to accommodate our late flight out of Tokyo. Bar staff took 20 minutes to take a drink order. Not sure how this hotel got a five star rating, more like 3 star.

The hotel’s location and overall condition were decent.
However, even the front desk staff didn’t know whether breakfast was included in the reservation or not.
Despite it not being a standard room, the experience from the very first day of stay wasn’t particularly pleasant.
It seems they really need more careful and thorough staff training.

We could not have been happier with this hotel. The staff was so attentive, warm and helpful. The way they paid attention to every detail was amazing. Our room was spotless every day. The location is convenient to walk to many areas and a subway station to reach more distant locations. Our room overlooked the park and the Sky Tree, so our view was gorgeous. The coffee was delicious, as was the steak in the fourth floor restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel exceeded the standards of all other luxury hotels that we have used. The staff was the most pleasant and helpful, and the room was well stocked. The room service was perfect and offered more service than all other luxury hotels that we’ve used. The food was always perfect. As a coffee lover, I appreciated the quality of coffee in the room and the French press. All was excellent and a 10/10.

This was our last stay on a two week vacation to Japan and we used it as a treat after all the biking, walking, hiking we did on the front end. It was true pampering. It was the most westernized stay we had in Japan, but it still definitely spoke to the Japanese culture. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of wate rin front of us and skyline beyond- including the Tokyo Skytree. The bathroom was quite large with a powerful shower and soaking tub. We only ate one meal at this hotel's restaurants as the menus didn't work well with our food allergies, but it was a delicious breakfast. Our room was exceptionally quiet but the same cannot be said for the main floor where you check in and walk through to get to hotel room elevators- they had live music each evening, but it was very loud- another reason we never had drinks at the bar (just our preference). Every single staff person went above and beyond to answer questions and help us with our requests. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel is lovely. The food options are very elegant and delicious. The service is impeccable. Highly recommend. It’s very close to one of the stations so it’s easy to get everywhere. But it’s outside the busiest parts of Tokyo so it’s relatively peaceful. It’s a beautiful view of the bay. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, lovely area around the property. Easy to get to, within 5mins walk of Hamamatsucho station. Staff super friendly and polite. Facilities and room were top notch. Live piano and female vocalist added to the experience.

Amazing views, beautiful art installations, delicious, varied, high quality breakfast, excellent staff and service, spacious, comfortable and well designed rooms, convenient location which was good for transport links and also easy walking distance to Ginza area. It’s very difficult to find any faults. More clothes storage in the room would have been nice but I feel very fussy mentioning it when really this is just a fantastic place to stay.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing staff at the front of the lobby and outstanding housekeeping teams. Very warm and welcoming with rooms filled with amenities.
