This was our last stay on a two week vacation to Japan and we used it as a treat after all the biking, walking, hiking we did on the front end. It was true pampering. It was the most westernized stay we had in Japan, but it still definitely spoke to the Japanese culture. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of wate rin front of us and skyline beyond- including the Tokyo Skytree. The bathroom was quite large with a powerful shower and soaking tub. We only ate one meal at this hotel's restaurants as the menus didn't work well with our food allergies, but it was a delicious breakfast. Our room was exceptionally quiet but the same cannot be said for the main floor where you check in and walk through to get to hotel room elevators- they had live music each evening, but it was very loud- another reason we never had drinks at the bar (just our preference). Every single staff person went above and beyond to answer questions and help us with our requests. I would stay here again without hesitation.

But it’s outside the busiest parts of Tokyo so it’s relatively peaceful. It’s a beautiful view of the bay. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing views, beautiful art installations, delicious, varied, high quality breakfast, excellent staff and service, spacious, comfortable and well designed rooms, convenient location which was good for transport links and also easy walking distance to Ginza area.
It’s very difficult to find any faults. More clothes storage in the room would have been nice but I feel very fussy mentioning it when really this is just a fantastic place to stay.

Concierge was always helpful !!!! staff were always welcoming no matter what time of the day and night, room was immaculate every time ,stayed for an extra 4 days bacause of location subways so easy, accommodation with beautiful views. Will come back definitely when visiting Tokyo.

Beautifull. Modern. High tech. Very confortable rooms with amazing views. Very nice lobby, with good ambiance and great decoration. You can notice some lack of experience of the young personnel and restaurante can improve, specially breakfast. I will come back to this hotel.
