老舗旅館で古からあるにもかかわらず、 部屋、施設は清潔で感染対策もしっかりしていた。 部屋の木造の浴槽も良かった。

お風呂がそこまで清潔とは言えない。

素晴らしい建物のたたずまい、洗練された質の高い食事、そしてスタッフの方々の心配りに感動した素敵な旅となりました。家族みんなが「また泊まりたい。泊まりに行こう。」と言っています。

お料理も美味しく、浴場ものんびり入れて大変満足です。

とーーっても、きにいりました！ 100ねんも、そこに、存在しているという、タイムスリップしたよう。京都に来たという雰囲気を存分に味わえました。サービスも、とてもよくしてもらって、みなさん、素晴らしい気づかいでした。わたしもサービス業してるのでその辺はきになってしまうし、ダサいのも、あまりすきじゃないし、でも、部屋の広さ、雰囲気、京都ならではの古き良きものが オシャレで、大変きにいりました！周辺も静かなところでしたので、ゆっくりできました！ また是非行きたいです！！

Viver uma experiência no Japão. Ficamos uma diária para viver essa experiencia. Eles cuidam de tudo e você se sente da família. Café e jantar servido no quarto. Ao final eles vem montar a cama para você dormir. De manhã antes do café passam para desmontar a cama. Experiência incrível.

The owner and staff are all so welcoming. They tend to every single details servicing us. The daily Japanese sweets are my favorite. We enjoyed the hot spring every day. Highly recommend it.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay for us at the traditional Ryokan! The staff and service were amazing; whenever we had an issue they fixed it within minutes. We enjoyed the authentic Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. Would highly recommend it to anyone traveling near Kyoto!

Hotel is phenomenal! Staff go beyond to make sure you are catered to. The hotel is rustic and beautiful, rooms are super nice. The onsen was great! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Charming staff. Excellent food. We felt very welcome and highly recommend this authentic experience.

We were a family of four and stayed for one night at Seikoro — and everything about our experience, from the warm welcome to the heartfelt farewell, was truly exceptional. We had chosen to include breakfast, and it was absolutely delightful. The in-house public onsen bath added a special touch of relaxation to our stay. It’s an experience we’ll never forget. A heartfelt thank you to the staff who made us feel so welcomed and cared for. We would recommend Seikoro to family and friends visiting Kyoto.

It was a great break from the city hussle and bustle. They were very atttentive and detailed. I requested for a chocolate cake after dinner for our anniversary and they delivered! We had dinner and breakfast both is aunthentic japanese cuisine. Recommend that you use the taxi to get there and visit senjusendo!

It was a wonderful cultural experience if you can afford it.

This is a full service ryokan. We had the 10 course dinner in our room followed by massages. The first class first hand service was unique. Well worth the experience. Once in a lifetime.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this Ryokan. Contrary to what I was led to believe, the multi-course kaiseki dinner was not included in the booking. In fact, no one ever asked if I wanted to include it. Had I known, I absolutely would have added it, as the kaiseki dinner is often considered the highlight of the Ryokan experience—especially since I paid nearly $1,400 USD for the stay. While all the staff were extremely kind and courteous, the overall experience didn’t justify the price. Aside from the traditional Japanese breakfast and the old-style public bath, there wasn’t much to set this apart from other hotels I’ve stayed in—many of which offered similar amenities, including Japanese robes (yukata), at a much more reasonable price.

One night stay and felt welcomed by all staff. The service was excellent and our room attendant(s) were wonderful. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious.
