日本の心地よいビジネスホテルといった感じです。異国情緒ありながら、シンプルで素敵な雰囲気のホテルです。 スタッフも感じがよく、親切でした。 ロケーションも申し分ないです

It was good. Workers are kindness.

街の中心部からほんの少し離れたところに位置していて、辺りは商店もなく少々不便であった。静かと言えば静かであった。一番の難点は朝食ではないだろうか。お粗末と言lってもよいだろう。種類は多くなく、冷たいものが主体で、オムレツやオートミールは頼めば作ってくれた。

良かった点 １、ホテルの入口がイスラムチックで綺麗！ ２、部屋が広くそして豪華な感じなので、泊まっていて気分が良かった。 ３、無料Wifiが利用可能だった。 ４、エレベーターがあるので荷物があっても楽だった。 ５、翌朝チェックアウトが早かったので、お弁当を用意してくれた。 ６、スタッフは優しい感じなので安心感がある。 残念だった点 １、禁煙フロアなのだが、タバコ臭が結構した。 ２、入口のスロープが急で膝の悪い自分にはちょっとキツかった。 ３、シャワー自体は問題ないが、ボディーシャワーモードにすると水量が足りずなにもでない。

Accueil très professionnel, quartier calme

The location of the hotel was excellent (coffee bars/ restaurants/ squares nearby) - and the hotel was reasonable (friendly staff) - the breakfast was a little sub par. However, the room was only half cleaned each day. One day they made the bed but forgot to clean the bathroom, and the other days, they cleaned the bathroom but did not make the bed. The housekeepers need to be trained, I believe

I did not avail the breakfast as breakfast did not start until 8am (until 10am) and I wished to dine at 6am.

Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The location is perfect, right near cafes and restaurants and shops. Air con could be a little stronger during the hot summer months, but overall a very pleasant stay

Nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little old but has a classic feel with huge rooms - very nice.

I booked the room but when I got there they say no room available. I showed my expedia booking confirmation. They said they had system problem. They said if cancel it I will get my refund. It has been 10 days and NO REFUND. I have back n forth emails with expedia team. They also tried but could not get any refund from the hotel management. Please dont book with this hotel. They are liars and never refund your money. If you dont trust me I have also the email screenshots with expedia. Yes, I contacted the hotel but no reply. HORRIBLE.

I love the quiet location, but only about a five-minute walk from lots of restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Good location to center of town. Older but clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Unfortunately not a good stay. The hotel is divided inti 2 parts family hotel and Turkiye hotel. The whole hotel had a smell of curry and was not clean. Was kept up all night die to a bamging sound. When i called the reception answered by Mr Sun i was advised yes they are aware about the noise as its an issue with the water pump. Unfortunately nothing was done about it. The bed sheets were stained and also the bathroom was full of mould. Thisbreally affected my breathing. Dont be fooled by the low price.

Great hotel located near the centre. 5 - 10 mins walk to bars and restaurants. Helpful staff and friendly English spoken

Das Hotel war aufgrund des Geruchs nicht bewohnbar. Ich warte noch auf meiner Rückerstattung
