I had stayed at this hotel 15 years ago. At that time, the service was very kind and employees were kind. Also there was a Japanese restaurant. However, I was disappointed this time. I asked the front to change my room to the one facing beach. They never cared about it. The restaurant was far from the building. When I went to the pool belonging to the hotel, they said no towel any more. And they never tried to find it. Very bad service! I noticed there are many other new and good hotels are build in Beirut. Next time, I will stay at more comfortable hotels.

Accueil était super, ma caution demandée en dollars en carte bleue. Cela pose problème car un moment t’en restituer la chambre, nous rentre en France et n’avons pas pu dépenser ces dollars du coup c’est une perte d’argent net d’échanger des dollars en euros. La piscine n’a rien à voir sur les photos. Nous n’avons pas le droit de prendre ta bouteille d’eau à la piscine cela est fait pour nous obliger à consommer. Les gardiens essaye de nous vendre des taxis plus cher pour gagner quelques euros sur notre dos. La seule chose qui est top, c’est vraiment les femmes de ménage et l’accueil de l’hôtel . La piscine une partie qui a été ouverte et pour le transat, nous n’avions pas le droit de s’asseoir où nous souhaitons il y a un côté VIP. Payant qui était vide une autre partie de la plage ou même les employés, jette leurs poubelles dans la mer, le Jetski, les activités sont ultra chers dans l’hôtel et la sonorisation des chambres et à revoir. Nous sommes tombés sur un couple assez bruyant au lit. Nous allons pas les déranger nous plaindre deux , les pauvres ils avaient payé, ils avaient le droit de s’amuser aussi, mais malheureusement une partie de l’étage, je les entendais malgré qu’elle ne criait pas forcément fort. Nous avons eu un problème de climatisation dans la chambre laquelle a été formidable et nous a changé de chambre, mais entre-temps nous avions attendu plus d’une heure et demie pour le passage d’un ouvrier qui n’est jamais passé.

The room clean looks like renovated which is very nice and clean and room service was very good most the staff were good and attentive to my needs they had hookah in their restaurant but not in the room even smoking in the room was aloud cleaning staff never met but they cleaned the room daily changed towels daily but I asked to put or exchange the mugs for coffee that were used with a fresher ones daily they only did it once. Stayed there for 3 nights Other than that I gave them 4 stars out five because of that. I’ll do stay there again

This is hotel IS NOT A 5 stars hotel! Max 3 stars. Rooms outdated and mattress is very old and uncomfortable. They need to spend money on renovating the rooms and buy new towels and bedsheets. The bathrooms were falling apart — broken tiles, leaky faucets, and poor drainage made it really uncomfortable. The room itself was basic and not very clean. It worked for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay. The only one good thing was the pool area ( beach club ) where they charge outsider to access.

Total super ,ganz freundlichen und sauber es fehlt nor den Tisch auf dem Terrasse aber sonst kann Man nicht gegen sage 💯 Prozent man empfehlen kann .
