Noisy at night i check one day before I don’t sleep all night . Bad service. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone also parking who park your care not respectful I have bad experience in this hotel

Staff are just amazing and friendly, very clean and great location.didn’t get to use the pool it was under maintenance during my whole stay which was disappointing but overall I had a good experience.

The staff are nice and it’s very nice spacious rooms

The receptionist was very impolite while we were checking out He said words to my gf he is not suppose to say it while she asked him why they charged us 14$ for the valet

I had a wonderful experience in Hotel Reviera . I recommend it to everyone . Staff members were very polite, clean and neat. Room service was excellent. The swimming pool was great! Prime location in Beirut. The sea view is beautiful.

The stay was amazing! I loved the room and the pool club, it was perfect. My only issue was after I checked out, I got into my car to leave. A valet came over and said that I owe $7 for parking. I gave him $10 and waited over 10 minutes before I decided to go inside and see the front desk. I asked why parking wasn’t added to my bill upon checkout and why was I paying for valet when I self parked on the street? The front desk called parking to ask; parking stated that I refused to give my room number and that’s why I wasn’t charged, which was a lie. I spoke to a manager and got my $10 back. Do not let the parking staff rip you off!

The list is long, still a few points: - You get welcomed by a valet who insists on getting paid even though you park on a public road/not a private property - Receptionist we nice an welcoming, but insisted a security deposit be paid in cash (though I offered a credit card in exchange). Clearly this was hotel management instructions. The alarming thing is the receipt came with no signs (header, stamp etc..) that it came from the hotel. The deposit was returned on check out with no hassle - 2 days of inconsistent internet access, over 6 or 7 follow ups from our side. Pure incompetence in addressing this issue, lame excuses given while it was clearly local network issue and not the local ISP nor our devices. - Poorly chlorinated seawater pool. Algal slime on the surfaces - We didn't stay long. - Very friendly staff, unless there is a problem, they don't seem to be able to resolve it or communicated clearly the issue.

The hotel rooms so bad not clean no maintenance

Amazing & friendly staff would recommend to replenish towels after room cleaning service . Otherwise everything was perfect !
