There’s a limited choice in the area for hotels, but this claims to be at the higher end. All the rooms are completely different so they’re very inconsistent in terms of conflict and facilities Overall, the hotel feels tired and some of the staff are absolutely lovely. Some are very dismissive. The food in the hotel is good but very expensive when you compare it to restaurants that are really close to the hotel Overall, it’s trying to be a much higher end hotel than it actually is

Beautiful location with a view of the twin spired cathedral. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Ample free parking. Walkable central location.

A quaint hotel in a good location and with a good breakfast. The rooms are a bit dated. The EV charger was convenient and free to use, but there's only one so don't rely on it being available.

Bathroom has an exposed hot water piping system that runs hot in summer. It makes the room hotter than necessary. This summer has been hot and humid and with no air conditioning makes it uncomfortable to sleep.

Hotel and staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Only issues with this hotel is the air conditioning. There is no remote in the room. The staff has only one at the front desk. So they need come to the room to turn it on. Also, once it’s on, it’s on. No adjusting or turning it off. ALSO and most important. Fire Hazard! I stayed on the 1st floor which had to climb steps and go down steps to get to room. Even the staff knows it’s odd the way it’s set up. As for the fire hazard. The door is bolted shut and can’t open on the first floor. So if there is an emergency, you have to climb steps to get out. I always thought you needed 2 ways out, besides the window. Staff said it’s locked for safety. However, there are doors that have a push bar to open, emergency doors. This should be fixed.

Erittäin kaunis ja todellakin romanttinen hotelli. Myös ravintola hyvin tyylikäs, joskin myös hintava, mutta ruoka oli sen arvoista. Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä ja riittävä. Pidin tilavasta kylpyhuoneesta, jossa myös kuumat pyyhetangot niin sai märät vaatteet ja pyyhkeet nopeasti kuivaksi. Hyvin parkkitilaa pihalla. Huoneemme oli varsin rauhallinen ja hiljainen nukkua. Henkilökunta ystävästä niin respassa kuin ravintolassa. Hämmentävää oli, että hotels.comin sivulla olleet tiedot eivät pitäneet paikkaansa, classic-huoneessa ei ollutkaan ilmastointia, minibaaria/jääkaappia, järvinäkymää eikä parveketta. Ilmastointia ennen kaikkea olisimme kaivanneet.

Not so romantic, rather old and charmful. Food was ok, not more and a fire during tve night made a extra herb on top….

Good enviroment

Hyvä majapaikka kohtuuhinnalla. Hotelli oli siisti, käytännöllinen, aamupala oli erinomainen, kuntoilu fasiliteetit olivat erittäin hyvät. Hinta & Laatu suhde priimaa. Huone itsessään oli hieman tunkkainen, mutta nukuimme hyvin.

Same great standard and service as usual. Plenty of parking and nice views over the lake from balcony

No air conditioning and too warm to keep windows closed, but guests (staff?) were out front smoking and talking very loudly well past 2am, even when asked to be quiet.

Struttura con camere pessime, una camera Economy non vuol dire non avere riscaldamento funzionante, considerando le temperature invernali esterne , non vuol dire non poter disporre del Remote Control per l'accensione e lo spegnimento della riscaldamento, non vuol dire essere presi in giro ad aspettare 9 ore per avere un cambio di camera. Non vuol dire non lavare il pavimento del bagno e lasciare asciugamani sporchi per terra. Unica nota positiva la colazione favolosa.
