Clean and good location

Bathroom has an exposed hot water piping system that runs hot in summer. It makes the room hotter than necessary. This summer has been hot and humid and with no air conditioning makes it uncomfortable to sleep.

Hotel and staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Only issues with this hotel is the air conditioning. There is no remote in the room. The staff has only one at the front desk. So they need come to the room to turn it on. Also, once it’s on, it’s on. No adjusting or turning it off. ALSO and most important. Fire Hazard! I stayed on the 1st floor which had to climb steps and go down steps to get to room. Even the staff knows it’s odd the way it’s set up. As for the fire hazard. The door is bolted shut and can’t open on the first floor. So if there is an emergency, you have to climb steps to get out. I always thought you needed 2 ways out, besides the window. Staff said it’s locked for safety. However, there are doors that have a push bar to open, emergency doors. This should be fixed.

Same great standard and service as usual. Plenty of parking and nice views over the lake from balcony

No air conditioning and too warm to keep windows closed, but guests (staff?) were out front smoking and talking very loudly well past 2am, even when asked to be quiet.

Breakfast good.. Clean.. Zivile receptionist v helpful.. Waitress at breakfast good.

Beautiful surroundings. Lovely restaurant with delicious breakfast. Rooms a bit old but manageable and clean. Gorgeous 25m pool, sauna and hot tub. Great gym for workouts.

Viešbutis patiko, nuostabus pasryčiai, švaru, puiki vieta-viskas šalia, miesto centras, puikus vaizdas i senvagę, gal tik jei kam aktualu, vaizdas iš kambario, nepatarčiau imti pigiausią kambario variantą, nes iš jo jokio gražaus vaizdo nepamatysit. Visumoj viskas tenkino, patariu.

The stay was pleasant, good restaurant, the pool area is outdated and needs improvement but I enjoyed it.

Luxury experience!

Very beautiful surrounding, romantic looking hotel

The room wasn't anything like the pictures. It was small and dirty with no view. There were dirty socks, baseballs and other things under the bed. The staff were not helpful. We wanted to go for dinner in the hotel restaurant and despite the restaurant being empty, they said they couldn't take us. Very disappointing.

We were driving from Riga to Vilnius and chose the Romantic Hotel. The front desk staff was exceptional. I wish I knew the names, but beautiful, helpful, young ladies were delightful attending to our requests. A nice restaurant with a beautiful view and a very good waiter- he said it was his first day.
