ヴィリニュス グランド リゾート

ビリニュス市内から少し離れているが、シャトルバスがあり、アクセス良好。ホテルは綺麗で快適。レストランのメニューはどれも美味しい。ビリニュスに来る機会があれば、また利用したい。

リゾートの名称がぴったりのホテル。湖に面し環境は申し分ない。車だと10-20分程度でタリンの市街地中心部へ行ける。スタッフの対応は普通。レストランは湖に面していて屋外席も多く設定されている。夕暮れ時は最高に美しい。食事も申し分ない。

Spa og basseng var bra og moderne, samme med treningsrom. Men hotellet var i hovedsak gammelt og slitt. Markedsføring på Hotels.com stemmer ikke, her virker hotellet moderne og fancy. Service-instillingen var middels i beste fall.

Booked the hotel expecting a peaceful stay away from city , do not make my mistake ! The hotel is in bad condition . The room was very dirty . The bathroom smelled like wet dog was kept in it . The bathroom floor and sink very dirty . The fridge was dirty and had smoked fish juice in it . The room latch lock broken off . There was a party in the parking lot until 1am which disturb the peace . The rooms are not soundproof . Noise from all directions will disturb your room peace .

I am a loyal guest who travels from abroad and repeatedly chooses this hotel over many others available. This time, I booked a premium room that was even better than many others hotel rooms, I have stayed in before, and I was pleased it faced the forest as I had initially requested. However, right next to that forest was the main event area, and from around 3 pm until past midnight there was loud music and a concert that made it impossible to rest. After the concert, there were drunk people wandering around the hotel grounds, which did not make me feel comfortable or safe — especially given that this is a spa destination meant for relaxation. No one at reception informed me about this event, nor was I offered a refund, discount, or even a simple apology afterwards. In the morning, I was asked to check out despite having planned a late check-out due to the disturbance. As a returning guest who spends above average here, I found this very disappointing and it makes me question staying again or recommending the hotel to my family.

Struttura potenzialmente bellissima ma con arredi molto datati. Camere ampie. Alloggiato in camera standard la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare: ciuffi di capelli nella moquette, tenda vasca da bagno sporca Colazione adeguata ma con prodotti dolci non di qualità. Quiet, peaceful resort.

The hotel advertised play area and water sports but the play area is not suitable for young children. The indoor play are is never open. The water area is untidy and unkept. The rooms are fine but tired and dated. The pool area is nice. The restaurant staff are not very helpful.

Limited food options, rooms are comfortable but outdated, view is stunning.

Slitet & gammalt rum som behöver en uppfräschning. Frukosten var bara kass. Allt fanns men, inget var gott och det kändes som ”billigt”. Italienska restaurangen var en av de sämsta burgarna jag ätit i mitt liv och då har jag ätit några hotell burgare efter 2-3 veckor i månaden på hotell i tjänsten. Överlag håller det här hotellet tunt och man blir lite fintad av bilderna. Däremot så var all personal fantastiskt hjälpsamma och service minded.

Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Gelände ist sehr groß, teilweise etwas unübersichtlich. Spa und Wellnessbereich sehr schön, Frühstück gut. Teilweise lange Wege innerhalb des Resorts.

This place has seen better times, and is now desperately in need of a full refurbishment. In sum, it's worn out and dated.

Magnifique environnement, restaurants, espaces aquatiques. Mais les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, on entend tout chez les voisins, discussions, télévision… même pas une bouilloire ou un peu de café / thé à disposition, dommage. Chambres très basiques.

Tapijt gescheurd en plooit op verschillende plekken. Spiegel badkamer stuk, handdoeken met vlekken, toilet spoelt niet of heel slecht door. Jammer van zo'n in aanleg mooie locatie

It is a big hotel in the nice surroundings next to a lake but it is very outdated, at least the rooms we had with a balcony and a nice view on the lake but no chairs to sit on the balcony, what si the point with it then? We went there for the SPA and it was under annual cleaning! So only big pool was available and that one was so crowded with children that we haven't even tried to get in. The service at the spa reception was terrible, we specifically asked for all to be charged at the room but when we came to the spa we had to go back to our room which is quite far away to bring credit card to pay all at the spa. Spa treatment was nice and the girls were kind.
