私たちはこのホテルの雰囲気が本当に気に入っています。完全に癒されます。必ずまた戻ってきて、家族や友人ともっと時間を過ごします。

空港からホテルまでは車で1時間程度のところにあります。一日中ホテルでゆっくりするには最高のロケーションです。目の前にはビーチが広がり、景色も最高です。また、プールからも海を見ることができます。
部屋は広く、大きなバスタブがあり、ベランダからは海が見えて本当に最高でした。
周りにはコンビニなど一切ありませんが、部屋にある冷蔵庫の飲み物は無料で頂けるので（一回のみ）嬉しいサービスでした。
朝食ビュッフェも種類がたくさんあり、美味しかったです。
スタッフの皆さんも対応が丁寧で親切でした。廊下ですれ違っても笑顔で挨拶をするスタッフが多く、好感が持てました。
またいつかペナン旅行でリフレッシュする際にはこちらのホテルに滞在したいと思います！
The hotel is located about an hour's drive from the airport. It is a great location for a relaxing day at the hotel. The beach is in front of the hotel and the view is excellent. We also could see the ocean from swimming pool.
The rooms are spacious, with a large bathtub and the view of the ocean from the balcony is really great.
There are no convenience stores around the hotel, but we can get free drinks from the refrigerator in the room (one time only), which was a nice service.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied.
The staff were all courteous and helpful. I liked the fact that many of the staff greeted us with a smile when we passed them in the hotel, which made a positive impression.
I would like to stay at this hotel again someday when I have a refreshing trip to Penang!

禁煙室にも関わらず、部屋に入った瞬間からタバコ臭くて、子供もずっと臭いと言っていました。フロントに伝えると、アロマを焚いてくださり少しはにおいが気にならなくなりました。
ホテルの場所が空港や中心地から離れており、Grabもつかまりにくく不便さを感じました。
ESCAPEが近いのは良かったです。

We particularly loved Angsana spa - we had head, neck and shoulder massage and went back for another. Ayuna and Jenny were fabulous- highly recommend. Rooms are spacious and luxurious, service is hit and miss although overall a wonderful experience.

When we check in, the staff gave us a room number 735 which is the very end of the hotel room at floor 7. When we arrived the room and realized that the room entrance is very weird which comes with additional entrance. We opened the additional entrance and it’s extremely dark and uncomfortable. We are not pleased to have this kind of room and ask for exchange. Staff is friendly enough to exchange another room for us. However the room 723 we received are not as clean as we thought. The floor is full of dust, and we even found a durian seeds on the balcony. The bed comes with ants which makes us uncomfortable. The lights also not functioning well.

Absolutely picturesque! Beautiful property and wonderful staff. Only thing I think that can improve the property is that one of its restaurants be open all day serving coffee and snacks, property is isolated so no where to get a snack and coffee, the property does advertise this however that restaurant is not being used as it has been advertised.

Great location as long as you get a hire car, although this is not recommended for someone with limited driving experience or no experience of driving on Asian Roads. It is slightly on the outskirts but right on the beach. Check in very easy and the suite was large and very good.
And generally the hotel is very well maintained. The breakfast that comes with the suite was excellent. However the same restaurant turned into a fine dining restaurant in the evening, where the prices were high and the potions small, although the food was good. The other dining option is the buffet, we stayed during Ramadan so it was absolutely rammed in the evenings, most of the food seemed tailored to this event with very limited Western options. I also did not take to kindly to being asked if I had booked on the last night ( which nobody mentioned beforehand !) we were stuffed in a corner of the overflow dining room which spent most of it’s time as the Ballroom.
The vast majority of the staff were polite, very helpful and efficient.

Room was lovely, clean, quiet, and well organised. Service was okay outside of the room, average in the restaurant (all staff seemed to be on their first night and didn't know anything) but abysmal for service into the room. On multiple nights we tried to call room service, front desk and every number and there was just never any answer at any time after 7pm. Incredible. Each time had to go downstairs and complain to the lady on the front desk and ask why she was not answering. All she could do was mumble an apology...

And generally the hotel is very well maintained. The breakfast that comes with the suite was excellent. However the same restaurant turned into a fine dining restaurant in the evening, where the prices were high and the potions small, although the food was good. The other dining option is the buffet, we stayed during Ramadan so it was absolutely rammed in the evenings, most of the food seemed tailored to this event with very limited Western options. I also did not take to kindly to being asked if I had booked on the last night ( which nobody mentioned beforehand !) we were stuffed in a corner of the overflow dining room which spent most of it’s time as the Ballroom.
The vast majority of the staff were polite, very helpful and efficient.

Room was lovely, clean, quiet, and well organised. Service was okay outside of the room, average in the restaurant (all staff seemed to be on their first night and didn't know anything) but abysmal for service into the room. On multiple nights we tried to call room service, front desk and every number and there was just never any answer at any time after 7pm. Incredible. Each time had to go downstairs and complain to the lady on the front desk and ask why she was not answering. All she could do was mumble an apology...
