スタッフはフレンドリーではない。ライムと同じ。

サンダカン市で最高のホテル。ありがとう。

町の中心部や観光スポットへのアクセスは抜群です。部屋は特に豪華なものではありません。エアコンはとても冷えます。

Staff are friendly, but they said my payment didn't go through although I just paid through this app online. I got all the receipts of payment with me as proof. In the end they let me to check in thank God. What's upset me, its already past midnight (just arrived from kk driving) during my check in they just told me that the elevator is not functioning and our room is at level 4, also the there's problem with the water. Since its already late, my whole family decided just to stay here for the night because of tiredness from a long drive.

Bahagian tandas teruk. Paip/hos untuk tandas tiada. Guest perlu tadah sendiri guna paip shower ya. Baldi dan gayung yang disediakan pun berdaki. Heater dalam tandas dimatikan lebih awal pada sebelah malam. Baru tahu ada timing pula untuk heater ya.

Room provided different from photo shown. No heater, no wardrobe, only one socket at the aircon. Bed and cleanliness consider good though.

Trust me, don't book this hotel, horrible hotel, you will regret it! I'm sorry to give it a bad rating, the worst hotel that I've been, I can get a better hotel with this price. Old hotel, worst conditions, lack of maintenance, very bad and old facilities, no wifi, drinking water not provided, TV no function, mold and smelly toilet, lighting spoiled, low flow of shower water with cold water (night), the lift is most scary.

Aircond tidak sejuk, tandas tiada hose atau beldi mahu pun gayung, tolong perbaiki.

Usually I will say i'm satisfied. (I have stay in this hotel very often) But this time my stay was not so bad pleasant because the hotel have no hot water. I guess their boiler is broken. The hotel should notify the customer earlier or maybe offer discount or something to compensate such problem.

Good location. However the hotel was rundown and poorly maintained. A lot of room to improve on cleanliness.😉

Kalau untuk backpacker ok la untuk menginap sbab harga murah. Tapi kalau untuk family stay better fikir 2 kali la, xde cleaner dan housekeeping pon yang bersihkan bilik, puntu bilik pon dah tggu ajal je tu, nak minta tuala extr kena bayar rm5, serba serbi kena bayar.

Harga berpatutan tetapi penginapan agak kuno sikit design dia, line internet sangat lembap dan line telefon pon putus-putus, bilik bersih dan memuaskan.

Penginapan yang selesa. Cuma aircond tidak berapa sejuk.

Value for money, front office staff friendly, willing to assist.

OK la untuk budget hotel, ngam untuk orang yang tidak suka bising, dekat dengan tempat menarik.

Staffnya cukup layanan baik.

Old but spacious room, surrounding hotel a bit shady. A bit far from the centre area. Lots of parking space. Overall satisfied with the accommodation.
