All guests are obliged to below house rules once your booking is confirmed. i. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night(imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. ii. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. iii. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. iv. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. v. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability. vi. Loud noise, party, illegal activities (gambling, drug abuse) are strictly prohibited in this unit. Owner and building management will not take any responsibility for the action taken by authorities. vii. Hotel will collect deposit upon check-in and rate will be decided by the property.
