The room was very clean. Our toddlers enjoyed themselves at the pool as there was a small shallow pool for them to play. We love the location and convenience of being connected to Mid Valley!

I had been staying in this hotel every time i intend to go JB. i like the cleanliness and the easy to find food. I like the service of the staffs and how they are able to cater to your needs. Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend

Honest opinion, this place is not worth the money you pay. The only reason why we chose this place was due to the convenience because it was just within the southkey midvalley mall. But after my second stay, I’d never come back here again. I’d rather stay at other hotels instead and drive over if I need to do any shopping. The bathroom is just so bad. Dirty, smelly and the things are either spoilt or rusty. Super poor upkeep of their bathrooms. One last point, their lift lobby can be quite congested due to the high traffic stay in this hotel.
