Room clean, really disliked self check in. Had to call as relevant access codes not sent via email. Not told room was in another building so a bit of difficulty finding room.Breakfast area very crowded. Overall, we were happy with the hotel though.

We had a penthouse room with its own private terrace. The room was large and spacious with an amazing huge bathroom. The staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of healthy choices.

We have been visiting Gozo for many years and somehow missed this place. It ticks all the boxes: clean, great location, and awesome checking-in staff. Great place to stay.

Tyvärr var det en distinkt lukt av svartmögel från badrummet och även sänggaveln, efter några nätter påverkades hela känslan av hotellet av det. Minimal tid spenderades därför på hotellet. Kallt ekande opersonlig inredning. Frukosten var 2/10, fanns få vegetariska alternativ. Mycket halvfabrikat och vitt bröd. Det skulle ganska lätt gå att öka frukosten standard genom att tex koka äggen så inte samtliga är hårdkokta, fylla på saltkaren på borden, se över möbleringen till en logisk lösning och ta in större variation. Gillar du 90 tals frukost i Sverige gillar du det här… det som drog upp betyget var att det fanns äpple, banan och apelsin. Personalen var vänliga.

Elegant hotel and a warm feel.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel , très bien équipé, petit déjeuner très bien, chambre spacieuse. Nous avons pris bolt pour se rendre partout sur Gozo.

I went 30 minutes before closing and there wasn’t enough variety as expected. The room was spacious, and all in all we had an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is beautifully maintained. I made an overnight stay.

The hotel was very modern and clean can’t mourn about nothing to be honest would definitely recommend and stay again

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Attenzione solo che non c'è una reception. Se non vi arriva come a noi il messaggio con camera e codice per entrare....dovete telefonare

Très bel hôtel avec une chambre propre et spacieuse. Piscine plutôt petite mais bienvenue après une journée découverte sous la chaleur. Attention ne pas oublier de se préenregistrer dès réception du mail de confirmation de l'hôtel afin de recevoir tous ces codes d'accès et gagner du temps à l'arrivée.

We liked the property. Kristina was very helpful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good but busy and often there was a shortage of crockery.

Very clean and organize and I was not expecting that breakfast was included, but the manager from Moroco (The Gentleman- sorry I didn’t get his name ) explained us during the check in that we have bf included, it’s surprises us . And bf was quit good and again nice service by the Manager with smiles that please us the most .it was worth for money . If there will be dinner option available then that will be great . We are very happy with our stay .. Room is very well organized with the amenity and online check save our time to spend on reception 👍 I will suggest to provide some drop and pick to main city to visit will bring more guest to the hotel .. we will Love 💕 to stay in future. We love the hotel 🏨 😘

There's no reception, no restaurant and they are not pet friendly as advertised. When we arrived to an empty reception, we called the phone number at the desk and spent over an hour on the phone trying to convince them and sending them screenshots of my fully paid stay. They made no effort to help and when we insisted someone came to help us at the reception they sent someone from housekeeping who, unsurprisingly, couldn't help. They did try to take my phone to go through my emails on multiple occasions though. The good reviews on Expedia are from before this hotel got sold to a property manager who's running it as a vacation rental lol. Don't stay here, it's not worth the hassle. This place shouldn't even be on Expedia.

It was a great option not only for the calm location per se but also for the friendly environment and amazing management.

Nice quiet little hotel, in a small village outside of Victoria.

You get what you pay for. Bed is uncomfortable (could really use a mattress topper) and the hotel is right beside a church, whose bell sounds every 15 minutes from 5:30 - 22:00. No joke. It's impossible to sleep through. The breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant.

Very quite clean and friendly property. Staff are excellent. There are no options for dining near this property hence ideally have a car as it would be time consuming waiting for and locating any public transport options. I highly this property if you are looking for a quiet clean hotel. Location is average but only if you have a car.
