I booked a very basic room, I stayed from 29Jan to 1Feb 2026 (narrowly missing the storm that hit Malta the week before) The automatic heating timer was no ideal, as it got very cold at night and the room was cold. The breakfast was not worth it, would recommend to go to a local cafe that will be better and worth the price! The location of the hotel is amazing, as soon as you leave you a greeted with an amazing view of the Mediterranean sea Overall an Okay experience of the hotel, the staff were nice, (limited interactions with them) I did not try the bar or other amenities of the hotel, (I want to go back to Malta again during May or September to truly experience the islands, I will book this hotel again (decent price) and review in the future

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Malta war insgesamt völlig inakzeptabel. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers war klar, dass die Unterkunft nicht einmal grundlegende Standards erfüllt. Das Zimmer war stark verschmutzt: Der Kühlschrank war dreckig und vollständig funktionsuntüchtig, Wände und Tür wiesen sichtbare Flecken und schwarze Stellen auf, der Tisch war schmutzig und die Kissenbezüge waren fleckig. Dies zeigt einen klaren Mangel an elementarer Hygiene. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte bei unserer Ankunft nicht. In der ersten Nacht war das Zimmer extrem kalt, was zu erheblichem Unbehagen und Schlafmangel führte. Besonders gravierend waren die Sicherheitsmängel. In den Fluren hingen Rauchmelder lose mit herausstehenden Schrauben und Nägeln, offenbar nach unsachgemäßen Wartungsarbeiten. Infolge dieser Fahrlässigkeit stieß ich mit dem Kopf an die herausstehenden Befestigungen. Zusätzlich war im Zimmer ein Panel über dem Bett locker und stellte ein weiteres Sicherheitsrisiko dar. Auch das Restaurant war in einem hygienisch unzumutbaren Zustand. Wände und Tische waren verschmutzt, und das Besteck wies sichtbare Flecken sowie Essensreste auf, was ernsthafte Bedenken hinsichtlich der Lebensmittelsicherheit aufwirft. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war nicht nutzbar, wodurch gekaufte Lebensmittel (u. a. Eis) vollständig verdarben und zusätzliche Kosten entstanden. Am schwerwiegendsten ist jedoch, dass das Zimmer in keiner Weise den auf der Expedia-Seite dargestellten Fotos und Beschreib

Ein ruhiges Hotel, das Zimmer war groß und sauber, hat einen Kühlschrank, einen Wasserkocher, Tassen, Gläser und Löffel, und Sitzgelegenheiten, das Bad ist geräumig, und die Terrasse vom Zimmer war riesig - alles super. Die Lage ist gut, um mit dem Bus überall auf der Insel hin zu fahren, und der kleine Wald auf dem Hügel hinter dem Hotel ist einfach fantastisch. Auch für Wanderungen im Norden von Malta ist das Hotel ein idealer Ausgangspunkt.

I was a great stay.

This was a 1 night stay only! The rooms were very ‘tired’! In need of a full refurbishment! Room we was offered was not what was shown on the website. There was no plug sockets next to the bed, which I needed for my apnoea machine…All furnishings look years old (doors, baths, those with kitchenettes, balcony furniture etc) We was moved to another room which did have sockets next to the bed (as shown on the website), the room looked like it had perhaps recently been poorly painted, but again all furnishings really do need replacing. The bed was really firm, but for me that was comfortable, so I did have a good nights sleep. Although we didn’t use it, the ‘nature reserve’ pool & bar area opposite for guest use did look very inviting. There are no tea/coffee provisions, but the rooms do have a kettle & fridge. Could not fault the staff and Joana on reception was extremely helpful, as was the morning reception staff. Buffet breakfast was very basic, with only 2 cereal options, no alternative milk/bread options & a no frills hot option English style breakfast.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das heißt, dass es schon etwas schäbig aussieht. Unser Zimmer lag zusätzlich im Keller, wo es ultrakalt war und nie ein einziger Sonnenstrahl zu sehen war. Wir nannten es stets liebevoll das Verließ. Außerdem ist in der Nähe wirklich gar nichts. Also das ist schon fast übertrieben. Das hauseigene Restaurant ist auch nicht wirklich zu empfehlen, da man fast nichts bestellen kann und außerdem werden viele Komponenten eines Gerichts einfach weggelassen. Das war nicht so toll. Also nochmal würden wir nicht wiederkommen. Aber zu deren Verteidigung: Immerhin war es günstig und der Reinigungsservice war ausgezeichnet.

Het was een heel fijn appartement, het zwembad was heel mooi. De afstand naar het strand was ver en er was veel verkeer op de doorgaande weg in de buurt.

This hotel for me was In a great location, the price was excellent for a week’s stay. The pool and outdoor restaurant were really good. I did have breakfast once and it was 10 euro and it had a great selection of food and drinks. All the staff I met and interacted with were amazing. The only negative I’d have to say is the comfort of the beds, I even asked other guests to ensure it wasn’t just my room, but the mattress’s are horrible, I mean if your out all day and want a good nights sleep, you won’t get it. Luckily I had two beds in my room and being a solo traveler I took all the bedding plus my extra bathroom towels and put them down on top of the mattress to make it a little more bearable. Anyways besides the bad beds everything else was great here.

The staff were excellent, on our first night the TVs were not working properly and one member of staff came to our room and spent half an hour resetting the channels and even went and found extra remote controls as there was only 1 in the room for 3 TVs, this despite the fact he was actually heading home when I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. All of the staff were super helpful. The rooms were very clean and we were able to choose when they were cleaned during the stay. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms were a good size, and it was great to have a kitchen area and a living room area, but although both rooms had small balconies, only one actually faced the outside of the hotel, the other facing into a wall which meant that the living area and one of the bedrooms were quite dark, even during the day. The patio area that did face the outside of the hotel was lovely though, it overlooked a busy little cafe and we enjoyed sitting and watching the world go by. We had plenty of pillows and towels and the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers etc. Shower gel and hand wash were also provided. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but there was plenty and the hot drinks were very good! The pool area was great, with plenty of sunbeds and an attached restaurant for lunch/dinner and a great cocktail happy hour.

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und der Pool war ganz nett am Abend mal kurz hinein zu springen

El hotel ya tiene unos años pero está bastante bien. Falla un poco el desayuno, muy básico, y las camas, un poco duras.

Great stay

Nice relaxing break. Close to bus stop with easy access to Valletta and other key sites. Nice pool.

En conjunto ha estado muy bien, recomendable.
