The main problem was the temperature in the room. It was impossible to control the AC individually, and with only a ceiling fan available, the room felt like a constant sauna. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it very difficult to breathe and nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, we experienced an issue after our room was cleaned. We had been explicitly instructed to leave the power card in the slot at all times so the ceiling fan could run. However, when we returned after being out all day, the cleaning staff had pulled the card out anyway. As a result, the room was unbearably hot when we got back. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk during check-out, the receptionist appeared annoyed and exasperated by our complaint. I found this to be quite unprofessional when handling a legitimate customer concern.

Bereits vor der Anreise fiel mir auf, dass die auf Google gezeigten Bilder einen deutlich besseren Eindruck vermitteln als die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Die Diskrepanz zwischen Werbeauftritt und Realität ist bemerkenswert. Das Zimmer selbst war großzügig geschnitten und mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Allerdings machte es von Beginn an einen feuchten Eindruck und verströmte einen dauerhaft muffigen Geruch. Trotz täglichem Lüften und durchgehender Nutzung der Klimaanlage ließ sich dieser Geruch während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht beseitigen. Der allgemeine Pflegezustand des Zimmers war lediglich ausreichend und entsprach keineswegs dem Eindruck, den die veröffentlichten Fotos vermitteln. Besonders enttäuschend war der mangelnde Service. Während meines fünftägigen Aufenthalts fand an drei Tagen keinerlei Room-Service statt. Frische Handtücher erhielt ich erst, nachdem ich selbst aktiv an der Rezeption nachfragen musste. Selbst dann dauerte es noch rund 30 Minuten, bis die Handtücher auf das Zimmer gebracht wurden. Für ein Hotel, auch im Budget-Segment, ist das aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel. Auf das Frühstück habe ich bewusst verzichtet. Das Angebot wirkte wenig einladend und entsprach den kritischen Bewertungen, die bereits in verschiedenen Online-Portalen zu lesen sind.

It was okay… the bathroom had a little mold and the a/c runs on schedule. For the price it’s okay. Bus stop near by.

Location, pool and bar good. Accommodation had ripped chairs, shower had no sealant on the door, flooded, air conditioning was set at 24 degrees, hot, couldn’t alter it as it’s set and timed, kitchen items were sadly lacking, fridge had rust on the door, towels were not the best. Having said all that the chairs were replaced, shower sealed, air conditioning reset to 19 degrees so problems solved quickly but wondered why the accommodation had been passed for use.

Klimaanlage war zeitgesteuert, keine Fernbedienung dazu - schade. Frühstück ist okay, auch wenn ein Wechsel im Angebot nach einer Woche schön gewesen wäre. Sonst alles prima, sehr nettes Personal.

Good option with good standard rooms if you're ok to "commute" to the attractions in and around St Paul's bay (or stick to the pool area all day), location has limited food options within walking distance. Room has a kitchen (upgraded maybe) with kettle, microwave, stove and sink but no tea or coffee is provided so bring some as prices will be inflated.

One star alone for having a kitchen in the room, no need for breakfast downstairs. Pool view included view on the water down the road, also good

Petit déjeuner avec un faible choix de pâtisseries et de pains mais très fourni en salé. Le sol était très collant dans la salle et une forte odeur de cuisine. Le personnel est très accueillant mais parle très vite et ne s'adapte pas forcément au client (très variable). Il est en revanche très réactif et présent en cas de besoins. La climatisation ne se règle pas et la chambre semblait très ancienne. La literie était très bonne et agréable. Le cadre est très tranquille et très bien situé.

I was forced to pay 5 euro extra in cash without a receipt when checking in. Bathroom not cleaned before I got the room .. and not sure about the room. It is looking old/faded.

We had a fridge no microwave or stove also the it took us 4 days to figure out how the heating worked. Was told ocean view but looked over broken down houses at the back of the building you could see the ocean if you looked at the gap in the road

personnel très sympathique à la réception. Hôtel ouvert 24/24h donc appréciable pour arriver à n'importe quelle heure. Chambre confortable avec présence d'une kitchenette à l'intérieur. Petit déjeuner avec buffet continental. très bon rapport qualité/prix

Clean and perfect for us.

I booked a very basic room, I stayed from 29Jan to 1Feb 2026 (narrowly missing the storm that hit Malta the week before) The automatic heating timer was no ideal, as it got very cold at night and the room was cold. The breakfast was not worth it, would recommend to go to a local cafe that will be better and worth the price! The location of the hotel is amazing, as soon as you leave you a greeted with an amazing view of the Mediterranean sea Overall an Okay experience of the hotel, the staff were nice, (limited interactions with them) I did not try the bar or other amenities of the hotel, (I want to go back to Malta again during May or September to truly experience the islands, I will book this hotel again (decent price) and review in the future

Nyoppusset. Rent og pent med positivt personale. Godt budsjettvalg. Flott poolarea. Nær busstopp som tar deg alle steder. Enkelt å parkere. Aircondition bare om natten (ingen fjernkontroll), men fikk varmeovn (Kaldt inne i januar). Mini TV med dårlig lyd.
