ロケーションも良く、清潔で、設備が揃っていて素晴らしいです！

ダウンタウン滞在としてここを選びましたが、 とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。 街を散策した後にプールで泳いだりプールサイドのベッドで過ごし、１日を過ごすにはちょうどよかったです。利用していないので詳細はわかりませんが、ビーチへの送迎サービスもあるので、価格的にはよいホテルだと思います。 しいていうなら、冷蔵庫がないのは残念でした。

コスパ最高のホテルでした！ ホテルのスタッフもフレンドリーで満喫できました。 深夜の到着、早朝の出発や 現地でのツアーに参加するなど ホテルでの滞在時間が短い方には特にオススメです。 施設内にプールやレストランもありますが、 カンクンの市内（セントロ）観光には最適なロケーションかと思います。 部屋も一定の広さもあり、シャワーの勢いもあり、バスタブもあります。 WiFiも安定しています。 徒歩２、３分の場所に深夜まで営業している 高評価のタコス屋さん「Taqueria Coapenitos」もあります。 小腹が空いたらぜひ。 カンクンでこの価格で宿泊でき、大満足です！

レンタカーを借りていたんで立地に関しては最高な場所にありました！カンクンサインまでは車で20分くらいかかりますがドライブと考えたらいいんではないでしょうか！ ホテルにはプールもついており夜中までか入れるオシャレなホテルでした。

Did not have the room that I reserved. and probably the guest above us would write an excellent review, since they were very laud and they woke us up. ( I did went downstairs to the front desk and complaint. but the noisy guest never stop).

The buffet breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was super helpful. Our room was cleaned everyday. The beds were on the harder side but still comfortable for me personally.

Our room was nice it was for 3 ppl and we had 2 bathrooms. The ladies that cleaned our room were top rated compared to other stays I've had on other hotels. The staff treated us great and accommodating. I loved the breakfast and its variety. Fruit was fresh and delicious. I couldn't thank enough the lady that cooked my food. Security was 100 in a good way only bad thing that they wouldn't let our other 2 friends come to our room so we could all get ready together. But that's top Security for you. This hotel is 100% for a family stay no partying 😅. The pool was great and clean. Hotel is in the middle of downtown so if you don't have your own transportation you'll can either Uber or take public transportation like we did. Theres quite a few good restaurants around the area. I would definitely stay there again. My only bad review is for hotels.com who falsely advertised transportation to the airport. Other than that great stay at Adhara Acienda cancun :)

Great customer service all around. From when you book your stay and when you are on the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and complete. Great premises, clean and well maintained.

I didn't use the airport shuttle and the taxi guys at the airport gouged me mercilessly. Use the shuttle and save yourself AU$100 one way. Better still get an Uber and save AU$145 one way. The Hacienda is Spanish quaint. great for families and excellent location.

Very nice hotel for the price , Good breakfast , very nice Staff , specially the restaurant server Miguel Ramon he gives an amazing service .

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Adhara. The rooms are comfortable. Loved the Chaya drinks. We did experience a frustrating start with the beach shuttle—contradictory booking instructions led to us being told it was full, despite arriving exactly when told. However, the management was professional and settled the issue by offering us a compromise 11:00 AM transport to the beach. I appreciate a hotel that listens to feedback and makes things right. Good base for exploring Cancun!

There was 6 of us travelling, two older teens and finding a comfortable room for all of us has always been a struggle. Especially during spring break and where prices are already super inflated! We stayed in the suite and it completely surpassed our expectations! Lots of room, two bathrooms and a little kitchen area,it was like the older boys had their own apartment within our apartment! The grounds are clean and the pool area is great! The area is very safe and walkable with great markets, supermarkets and places to grab food. Just be careful where you step especially in the dark as the sidewalks have lots of holes in them at times. Also super close to bus station if your planning to do other trips. Staff is helpful, there is free shuttle to the best beach in the hotel zone and the shuttle they can arrange to the airport is reasonable also. We would definitely stay here again!
