Tuvimos muy mala experiencia , nos salieron cucarachas rodas las noches en el baño las 5 noches ,el desayuno estubo fatal ,los huevos quemados ,los frijoles frios muy mala calidad y presentacion se le comento al mesero el muy amable se disculpo pero el al decirle al cocinero se burlo de nuestro reclamo ,se reporto a recepcion y no hicieron absolutamente nada ,nunca nos volveremos a quedar en ese hotel

El hotel esta justo frente al mercado libertad en una zona muy transitada y muy ruidosa. Quedan muchas cosas muy cerca a distancias caminables pero si es un area muy muy ruidosa y el hotel esta algo viejo y descuidado y habitaciones pequenas. Solo estuvimos 2 noches y no la pasamos fuera del hotel asi que estuvo bien.

Recepción: muy atento y amable. Siempre una sonrisa. Valet: un señor fue muy amable y atento, pero me tocaron 4 diferentes, y al final no supe quién se estuvo llevando los cambios y monedas que dejo en la consola del auto. Y cuando lo pedía para bajar y ya estuviera, no habían ido por el auto. Recamarista: no tuve problema, deje laptop y celulares y cuando volví, todo en orden. Restaurante: La comida normal, y el personal atento y amable.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. The room had a strong sewer odor, and the pillows and bedding appeared dirty. The location also felt unsafe, with questionable activity occurring nearby. The swimming pool was dirty and cold, and the air conditioning in the room did not work. Due to these issues and the overall poor condition of the property, we had to check out early. Unfortunately, despite explaining our concerns, the property refused to provide a refund. This was a very disappointing experience.

No es como se ve en las imágenes está un poco descuidado y la zona no es linda ha mucha gente viviendo en las calles y sucio por fuera el restaurante del hotel malísimo servicio

No volvería a este hotel.. no servía el teléfono del cuarto.. de los 3 focos del baño uno no prendía y el otro tenía muy poca luz. Sí me los arreglaron pero creo es algo básico.. no pudimos desayunar ahí a pesar de bajar 7,30 am porque había un “grupo” y teníamos que estar en lista de espera para pedir a la carta ..

The size of the room was good. Greeting new customers needing to be reassess by Manager. Outside the hotel is a very rough neighbourhood. Not recommended for solo female traveller. I was really looking forward to explore Centro Historico in Guadalajara. I will not go back in that area again. I walked half a block and had to return to my room. It felt it was very dangerous. Very disappointed for the price I paid for the hotel considering the location and barely any amenities. Also was a lot further to get to the airport than stated on Expedia. It was 42 minutes from the airport to get to the hotel opposed to 21 minutes as stated in the publicity. I had to pay 300 pesos to get to Centro Historico and 450 pesos to the taxi cash money to get back to the Guadalajara airport ( their shuttle !!!). Pricey shuttle.

All overall neglected. Very dissapointed to the level of requesting a refund but decided not to do so. Amenities were not as presented online.
