Loved my room Great layout with plenty of room for luggage and moving around. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely pool and roof top bar with sitting area Walking distance to the main shopping and restaurant area Friendly and helpful staff Would definitely stay again

The hotel is very cleat the rooms are news the staff are great too, the food is really great the reception alway are ready to attend

Zu laut, Hotel liegt an einer befahrenen Straße, schallisolierte Fenster sind definitiv sinnvoll. Zimmer hat eine Küchenzeile, allerdings wäre ein größerer Kühlschrank wünschenswert…

el hospedaje incluia desayuno, aun sin embargo como el Domingo no abre el area de restaurant, pues ese dia tuve que pagar el desayuno por mi cuenta, el Hotel esta bien, aun sin embargo si hay algo de ruido externo por tanta moto y el area de los alrrededores esta descuidada y da sensacion de inseguridad, aunque no tuvios ningun problema

Hotel super limpio, bien cuidado , conveniente ubicación, lugar como se muestra en la ubicacion.El unico inconveniente fue la señorita de recepcion apatica tuve que pagar por un adicional cuando estaba ya pagado reservado y el ascenso tambien lo pague , al hacer el reclamo devolvieron el dinero del ascenso pero no el de la tercera persona.

Excelente hotel en el centro de tulum, la alberca limpia y agradable, habitacion muy espaciosa y muy buena ubicacion.

I have been at the biwa 4 or 5 times now. Always great and a lovely staff!

This was my 2nd time staying here, and I really like the hotel and service. However, I was a little disappointed this time around. I specifically rebooked this hotel , not only because of the freat location, modernity of the rooms, and service, but also because of the refrigerator/mini kitchen area. It's extremely important thar I have a fridge to keep my beverages cold and to store leftover food. The fridge in this room did not get cold at all and I had to throw out my food. Also, the TV would not function and even the front desk girl couldn't get it working. However, the clerk spoke with the manager and they compensated us with courtesy bikea for the duration of our stay. I will definitely stay at BIWA again when i revisit!

We had a wonderful time at the Biwa. The staff was excellent, it was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was delicious! The only issue we had was the street traffic was very loud.

Front desk personal were wonderful, from check in , to answering questions, to check out.

We had a wonderful time at the Biwa Tulum! They did a two bedroom full kitchen unit I was perfect everything was super clean! Cannot say enough about the staff!!! They were all so friendly and helpful! The location is perfect for downtown Tulum walking distance to so many bars restaurants! Will definitely stay here again!

The check in process was not handled well. We got in late only to find the power out and no one to check us in.

Room and staff were great. Television was a bit difficult to mange but that was minor. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel met all our needs. Excellent. Thanks.
