Alimentos muy bien preparados y el personal muy atento

Excelente servicio, inclusive antes de mi llegada. El hotel está súper bonito y súper cómodo todo. Tal vez mi única sugerencia es añadir más luz al cuarto pero lo demás excelente

Como en casa

I like that is a very unique setup. Almost like your own weekend home in the area. Each room is isolated and private while still within a gated area. Staff is amazing and committed to service. I did not like that rooms are not maintained properly. Seems to me a senior management savings policy issue... My shower drain was not draining properly so water started to run into the bedroom area. Not fun to have to take short showers if you want to avoid drying the floor... The safe had no battery so, useless. The toilet had issues so there was no running water at the beginning and running non-stop during the night making noises. Too late to complaint for all these since I got to my room at 2:00am. The restaurant team was amazing and the food great but they were not ready for me and my guests when they arrived as they were expecting people to wake up later on new year's day. The property has a lot of potential and I think they have the right customer facing team but no management behind and seems to me that there is a full lack of professional support.... my opinion

Es un sitio increíblemente bonito, muy bueno para descasar, atención del personal es excepcionalmente fantástico pero tiene un defecto, no puedes pagar con tarjeta de crédito/débito, la estancia debe ser pagada por transferencia electrónica o efectivo al igual que tus consumos de alimentos y servicios dentro del hotel, no tienen cobro con tarjetas.

Todo muy bien excelente atención personalizada , todo muy privado agradecido por su atención mis respetos 👏👏

Todo bien, desafortunadamente en la mañana la luz del sol el cuarto daba directamente a todas las ventanas.

El lugar está espectacular, la atención excelente, un lugar muy tranquilo, y la comida muy rica.

Resort style hotel. We stayed during the week and we were the only ones on the property. An absolute ghosttown no reception, pool and hot tube were not on, no restaurant until Thursday - Sunday. The beds were rock solid very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower seems to be jet powered and water sprayed very hard it hurt. In addition, we had a huge roach in our bathroom. The resort did come alive when more people checked in on Friday. We were excited to try this resort and the in suite hot tube that the room had but it was not functioning. When we checked out we just left the keys on the reception desk. We were not impressed with this resort.

Nuestra estancia fue llegar a Casa Chu de manera accidental, pero nos llevamos una grata sorpresa, nos encantó todo, nos hicieron sentir como en casa! Los únicos 2 detalles es que falta calefacción en el jacuzzi que tienen al aire libre y la opción de que si recibieran mascotas, de ahí en fuera sin duda regresaremos. Habitaciones preciosas y la ubicación excelente para descansar.
