私はロスカボスは今回で6回目ですが、カサドラダには2回目です，此処はハーバーにも近く便利だと思います，近くにはとても良いメキシカンレストランも有りホテル内のレストランも満足出来るレベルでした！

Everything was perfect

We began staying here in 2008 and been back yearly until 2016. Unfortunately our recent visit in August 2026 was very disappointing. The staff was friendly ,but not overly helpful . The resort itself has not been maintained near as well . The pool was dirty and didn’t appear kept . The breakfast was mediocre . We ate out except for breakfast , and had poolside food on the beech . The poolside food is limited but still better than average . Housekeeping was marginal . Unfortunately the experience has been tainted by cruise ships travelers taking up the pool . That being said, I do love the location , which is right in the heart of all the action . If you don’t like loud music, go somewhere else . Mango Deck and Me Cabo are almost always playing loud music . It’s obvious the timeshare business has slowed down and the hotel is not getting the attention it once was . We will not go back .

Amazing

Hotel was located on the beach, it was nice to have a clean secured access to the beaches in Cabo San Lucas. Amenities were a nice sized gym, place to rinse off your feet after going to the beach. Covered beds & lounges by the beach & pool. Service staff was attentative & friendly. We went with the breakfast included option, nice buffet, fresh fruit, plenty of choices, and an omelet station. They offer turn down services & have a spa available.

Awesome time great location

The hotel location is good and quality of food is really good. Some member's of the staff are doing really well, congratulations to Carmen, Pedro, Sylvana, Carlos, Johan, Cesar. But service could be better, for instance the waiting time at the main bar and 12 tribes restaurant takes too long some times. The hotel needs a full renovation including the gym. But the hotel rooms are in good condition.

The property is beautiful, well maintained, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect on a safe, swimmable beach with many amenities.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The food in the included breakfast was excellent. As well as the service and the spa was fantastic. If a little bit expensive, okay Very expensive. The spa amenities were great. You can't beat the location if you're right in the heart of cabo. And you've got a private beach.This is my go to hotel.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Paola (front desk), Carlos, Chema, Efrain, Sergio, Daniel and Jesus (beach staff) in particular provided excellent service. Every staff member we encountered exhibited service with a smile. The resort does not have much staff turnover, which is nice. The food in all of the restaurants was very good. We opted for all inclusive the second day of our stay and the cost was worth it. The property is close to the marina and two massage places which makes is convenient and is on Medano beach which is especially nice if you like to swim in the ocean as we like to do. Suggestions for improvement: consistency in beverage preparation between bars. I noticed that some guests received a welcome glass of champagne at check in while others did not. Housekeeping skipped cleaning our room despite the clean placard hung on the door and she was cleaning the room next door. The rooms, while beautiful and clean need brighter lighting and more lights. Makeup mirrors could use replacing. The one in our room while functional had a wobbly stem.

Stayed in a penthouse. It was cleaned ok but not great. Cleaning services were random and it could have been better. Food was ok for breakfast and lunch. Dinner menu was much better. This is one of the resorts where you get pushed with time share or another way of selling properties which was not expected. Overall score 8 of 10, but probably would not book another vacation there again.

The room was very clean, the staff was excellent & all the amenities excellant.

Meget hjelpsomme og hyggelige personale. Bra aircondition! Manglet litt på renholdet, spesielt gulvene, men ellers bra. Endel bråk fra tidlig på morgenen pga nærheten til restaurant og utested. Rolig på kveldene.

My family and I have been staying at Casa Dorada for over five years, and in 2026 alone we’ve visited in February, April, and now July, booking multiple rooms each stay. Unfortunately, the facilities no longer reflect the level of service the staff provides. The main pool caused cuts and abrasions on every member of our family’s feet simply from walking in it. I’ve attached photos because this happened to all of us. The hot tub is also in such poor condition that we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Housekeeping has also declined. During our stay, trash bag liners weren’t replaced, hand soap and amenities weren’t refilled, toilet paper wasn’t restocked, and sand remained on the floors after cleaning. These may seem like small issues, but together they don’t reflect the standards expected at a luxury resort. Casa Dorada is not an inexpensive hotel, and guests pay premium rates expecting a premium experience. While the staff continues to exceed expectations, the property’s maintenance and housekeeping no longer match the price being charged. We sincerely hope upper management invests in the resort. Casa Dorada still has one of the best locations in Cabo and some of the best employees we’ve ever encountered. We’d love to continue making it our family’s home away from home.

I love the welcoming staff. Very helpful and friendly. The place was overall awesome ! I totally recommend it and I would go back!

Wonderful plan on returning

Overall, this place is awesome and I would stay here again without hesitation. My only complaint is they would blast music by the swim up bar too early in the morning. Just don't get a room by the swim up bar and you should be good. Management, please consider not turning on that music until noon and cutting it off around 5

We were upgraded at no charge, and able to check in one hour early! Excellent staff and hospitality! Will definitely re-visit this hotel again!
