私はロスカボスは今回で6回目ですが、カサドラダには2回目です，此処はハーバーにも近く便利だと思います，近くにはとても良いメキシカンレストランも有りホテル内のレストランも満足出来るレベルでした！

Amazing rooms and views of the arch, Incredible resort, felt very private with amazing amenities while also being so close to great beach front with plenty of amusement and local shopping. Cannot wait to go back and I typically stay at very luxurious hotels!

Clean room but Shower seemed to have pink mold in it.

Precios MUY altos de cosas basicas como botellas de agua (que por cierto no te incluyen ninguna en el cuarto), aparte les solicitamos late check out por media hora porque mi esposa habia pasado una mala noche por algo que comio y nos querian cobrar el 50% del costo de una noche, no tuve mas remedio que pagarlo porque mi esposa no se sentia bien. No volveria a hospedarme ahi.

When I booked the room, I was promised an Ocean View Room. When I got to the room, there was a view of a small hotel pool - but no ocean view. I went to the front desk to register my complaint. They said the room was considered an ocean view room. (?!?!?!?!?) They offered to change my room 2 days into my 4 night stay, but at that point we were already unpacked and settled in. They informed me that the room change would also mean our belongings would need to be out of our room by 11am and that we couldn't check into the new room until 3pm. This simply wasn't a workable process for us. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

I booked a non-refundable room at this place in December 2025 with a planned stay in mid April 2026. Mexico then decided to start dragging people out of their cars and suffering general drug related terror spread throughout their country. I asked the hotel if they would consider a refund for my stay as I was understandably not comfortable going there any longer, Delta Airlines had no problem with it and gave me my money back; as good customer service and future guest retention would suggest. Not these guys though, ‘you booked it and too bad’. You might enjoy the place though, who knows.

Overall i give the resort 8/10. Location was perfect. 3-4 minute uber ride to the marina. Mango deck is literally a block down. Would i return and stay here? Probably would do so again. Rooms are huge for the price. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials

Very few good food options. Staff is very pushy about asking for tips for EVERYTHING and at a supposedly All Inclusive resort. Nice beach. Won’t be back.

Property is clean, staff is friendly we have been coming here for over 12 years. We love this place.

Room with kitchenette could use dish soap and paper towels and better toaster. Pool was lovely, sucks that the view is blocked by the Mango Deck and the beach vendors were awful; we barely spent any time on the beach since they wouldn’t leave us alone.

Will definitely be staying again. Everyone was incredibly accommodating. We were able to walk out of our room to our patio and directly into the pool which was excellent

Great beach access. Nice fitness room. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
