Excelente lugar, servicio y ubicación!!

Nos encantó Casa Kuaa. Excelente ubicación. Se llega caminando a todos lados. Acceso directo a la playa. Restaurante con excelente servicio. Comida y bebidas de muy buena calidad, costo muy razonable. Ninguna queja. Seguro regresaremos!

Excelente ubicación y amenidades. Solo cuidado con el personal del restaurante, de una cuenta de $650 pesos deje propina de $160 y querían más que porque un día deje 150 y al día siguiente $10(porque no tenían cambio) siendo que era la misma cuenta y el bar tender grito que solo había dejado 10 pesos de propina sin sumar los 150 de un día antes (del mismo consumo)

Casa Kuaa es ese escape perfecto para desconectar bonito. Habitaciones moderno minimalist, súper aesthetic y en total armonía con la naturaleza. Frente al mar, con atardeceres espectaculares 🌅 y una alberca climatizada perfecta para un plan relax total. La comida deli y el bar con drinks novedosos le dan el toque ideal. Todo se siente íntimo, relajado y muy especial. Ideal para descansar, consentirte y disfrutar unos días lindos ✨

The hotel is in a great location, just one block from Punta Zicatela’s main street, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly, and the bar-restaurant offers great cocktails. The bartender is very creative and takes the time to explain the different drinks—you should definitely try the alacrán mezcal. That said, the room towels could use some improvement. One downside: on one night, some guests arrived around 2 AM and started a loud party in their room. Security didn’t intervene until around 6 AM, so we weren’t able to sleep that night. Aside from that incident, the rest of our stay was very quiet.

Beautiful, safe, clean, and quiet family resort just steps from the beach. Perfect local spot to eat, shop, and enjoy the sun. We will be back!

Primer día y la cobija olía a gato, tuvimos que pedir que las cambiaran. El personal poco empático, no era serviciales solo atendían pedidos. Un día se fue la luz y agua por 6 horas y no había opción más que esperar.

Habitación limpia estancia agradable, personal muy atento y amable, el acceso a la playa es muy bueno y las albercas muy limpias el único prblea fue que en el día del check out el hotel se quedó sin luz y agua, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien.

Muy bello, cama muy cómoda, al principio fue extraño no tener tv, pero ni la extrañamos, nos encantó el lugar.

Las amenidades y la playa son muy buenas, mi única queja es que entra mucha luz por las ventanas y puede ser molesto cuando estás dormido

La habitación mucho más pequeña de lo que las fotos aparentan, no hay servicio a la habitación a pesar de que hay un menú, no hay un teléfonos en el cuarto para comunicarte con front desk, solo te dejan un número de whatsapp y JAMÁS contestan ni mensajes ni llamadas (hice más de 6 llamadas a lo largo de mi estancia). El bar a gusto y las chicas de limpieza super amables!

Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help and make our experience as comfortable as possible. The room was great—clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed the hotel amenities, which were well maintained and perfect for relaxing. One thing to keep in mind is that the beach in front of the hotel is not the best for swimming, as the ocean can be a bit rough. Additionally, the internet coverage in our room was not very strong, so maintaining a stable connection was sometimes difficult. Aside from those minor details, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay with excellent service.

We had a dream vacation at Casa Kuaa. The vibe of the place is one of the chillest coolest places I’ve stayed at and our room was phenomenal. I say that because our patio space was dreamy, the layout of our room was so functional for us with a little kitchenette and a refrigerator. The bathroom space was perfect. The bedroom air conditioner worked perfectly, and we only ran it at night and the room cooled off immediately my only complaint were the two tiny pillows and the sheets on the bed were never tucked in and came out. No fitted sheets and that drives me nuts at night. The four cats that lived there were so sweet and tame, and I enjoyed them a lot. As did a lot of the other guest. The bar and restaurant was lovely and the bartender, Alberto(?)was a great mixologist. The location of Casa Kuaa Is unbeatable. We rented an ATV right around the corner and explored all of Puerto Escondido. Chanel and Roberto at the front desk always took great care of us if we needed anything like towels they would make it happen. We are already planning our return vacation for next year.
