I showed up and no one was there to greet me, I waited outside the closed door for 30 minutes until a security guard arrived to help me to my room. Woke up to insanely loud construction due to paper thin walls at 5am. They did move me to the “other side” which was not impacted by the construction and offered me a massage service for the inconvenience. Then the room was infested with mites, red ants and cockroaches - which they then tried to fumigate and just caused more of them to go into the room. I was covered in red welts from the bed infested with bugs which later turned into large bruises all over my body. My doctor then told me that as a result of the bites it was the reason why I got very sick and ended up with a fever. They did nothing to remedy the situation and for spending that much money on a room you’d thing pest control would be a minimum

El hotel perfecto, la calificación se debe a la pésima actitud del personal que tienen en su restaurante especialmente Marco y otra señora que estaba en ese turno, quien tuvo una actitud súper grosera todo el tiempo, atendiendo de mala manera como si nos estuvieran regalando todo lo que pedíamos, una lástima porque recepción y demás personal super lindos, el hotel hermoso.

Todo excelente el servicio, el check in, la información la disponibilidad la comida el bar todo súper bien

If you haven’t been to Puerto you can’t realize how lucky you are to have found this hotel yet. It is located just one street away from La Punta which is where everything good happens - far enough to avoid the noise but just a 2 minute walk to all the nice restaurants and bars. It is a beach front property with enough space to relax at the beach for all guests; the rooms are basic but nice, and the food is really good. I loved some of the details, like the water filters in all rooms. I’ve stayed in the most expensive hotels in Puerto and I promise you this one beats all of them in terms of convenience and overall value, and costs half or less. I love discovering new hotels, but Casa Kuaa is probably the one I would like to repeat when coming back to Puerto. PS: I do not know any of the owners of the property, this is an honest review.

El personal , la ubicación la piscina , la comida todo excelente muy recomendable , especial reconocimiento Alberto y Naomi en la barra de la playa , lo pasamos fenomenal!

Everything was excellant, service was impeccable. Alberto is the best bartendar we have ever had and makes amazing cocktails. Shavonn at the front desk was so helpful. Will return for sure

Buen espacio y la habitación limpia

Staff, amenidades, excelente ubicacion pero mi único punto es que no es un hotel solo para adultos. Reciben niños lo cual por la vibra del hotel y destino, se vuelve un poco incómodo. Lo recomiendo siempre y cuando no exista tema con hospedarse familias con niños

Hormigas por todos lados, asta en las Camas, me pico una grande mientras dormía, recamara muy reducidas para una familia de 4. Servicio de lavanderia pésimo, caro y mal echo, me mancharon toda la ropa de cloro

Todo excelente todo , pero no cuenta con televisión ya que al terminar las actividades buscamos descansar con alguna película y no se nos fue posible.

Habitación limpia y todo muy bien, solo que hay muchas hormigas y algunas arañas en el cuarto, pero excelente dos albercas y a pie de playa con amacas y camastros y claro espacios para comer o tomar, súper agusto para relajarte y los empleados te tratan súper bien, amables. Gracias por todo ( Pidan aguachile y un clamato preparado está DELICIOSO)

La habitación muy bien, la cama es cómoda, es de memory foam, por lo que no es muy blanda pero tampoco ameneces con dolor de espalda, las almohadas bien, tiene aire acondicionado, ventilador, cafetera, kit de café, el shampoo está delicioso, lo unico que recomendaria es que pongan un pie de puerta o como se llamen porque se meten las lagartijitas y se nos metió una cucaracha, pero fuera de eso todo bien, ah! Falta la hamaca en la terraza para que estuviera al 100%, mi hija disfrutó mucho la cama de arriba, la pasamos muy bien. El personal es amable, sin embargo muy lentos en restaurante y eso que pedimos lo mas básico, y las albercas estan heladas, lo que hace muy complicado meterse, aunque te estes muriendo de calor el cambio de temperaturas se siente muy fuerte. Asi que ve mentalizado a no usarlas si no te gusta el agua fría. Por desgracia, nos tocó una construccion al lado y empezaban 7:30 lo que hacia imposible dormir un poco más. De ahi en fuera el hotel es muy bonito, lo recomiendo y está a pie de playa, tienen toallas para alberca y playa y te prestan una bolsa. Todo bien

We loved our stay at Casa Kuaa! After a long trip through Mexico this was the perfect little oasis for relaxing at the beach but also close to the busy main road with bars, restaurants and cafes. The room was big and clean, It also featured a nice balcony to listen to the sound of the waves. The staff was super friendly and helpful and had a lot of great recommendations for restaurants, bars and cafes in town. We definitely recommend and would come back!
