Very noisy, dogs barking all the time, internet only works half the time and does not work in the bedrooms, hot water only half of the time, extremely noisy water pump on the roof that went off every two minutes for 20 seconds 24 HOURS PER DAY!!, not much in the kitchen to cook with, the fridge door doesn't close properly, no ceiling fan in the living room, the beds were hard as hell, the couch is made of cement with thin cushions on it, we had to install new showerheads ourselves, I'm sure I forgot a few things.

NO me pude hospedar debido a que la habitacion estaba sobre vendidad me cambiaron a Casa del Arbol del mismo grupo de hecho el hotel esta igualito. Pesimo nunca hicieron la limpieza, no tuve internet ni tv de paga nunca funciono. La recepcionista muy amable pero no resuelve.

It is a very nice building, but missing some very basic amenities. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. I gave the owners of feedback. Hopefully this will be taken care of before the next guest arrive.

Good sized 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with 2 balconies in a quiet, nice residential area 10 minutes to downtown. Property Manager Leonardo spoke perfect English and was very friendly and helpful. Apt needs some updating but it was perfect for my sister and me. Please note that the kitchen is lacking a lot of items, ie. bowls for cereal or salad, salad/mixing bowls, can opener, toaster, food storage containers for leftovers . Pots and pans need to be replaced because they are in poor condition. Air conditioners worked perfectly and there was always plenty of hot water in both bathrooms. Living RoomTV only has 3 English stations and Netflix does not work. TV in bedroom only in Spanish. Small pool but nice to cool off and read during the afternoon. Taxi to downtown PDC only $8.00. Would stay there again.

Los condos son bien ubicados en una zona tranquilla. Nosotros quedamos unos dias para cuidar una amiga en el hospital y esta a la vuelta. Hay un cafe super rico en frente donde puedes tener tu desayuno (prepagarlo con la reserva) y estas a 10 minutos caminando a un centro comercio, hay tacos super ricos cercita y en coche estas cerca de playa del carmen y todos sus amenidades.

Sheets were very dirty. You can hear noise from others room. Light walls! Even though it has a garage, it’s very deep and small spaces.

그들은 친절했습니다. 하지만 Wifi는 너무 안좋았고 수영장은 깨끗하지 않았다. 방은 이용하기 괜찮았다.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, bien equipado, limpio y don Leo muy servicial y amable. Nos quedamos 5 noches. Super recomendable.

The pool was filthy and the size was not proportion to the picture.. the internet was weak and the surrounding area was trashed

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. No one is on-site for check in / check out or problem solving. We were desperate when we arrived at night. Call multiple numbers multiple times for an hour to be able to get someone on the line. Basic amenities like microwave are missing. Water pressure is low and water was intermittent. Garage is so small that we got stuck by another car behind us and missed a trip.

Very good deal, spacious rooms and cool AC, The only downside is the water little and it goes on and off.

Mattress very old and uncomfortable. No microwave, missing a lot of kitchen tools, smell really bad from toilet, hot water not always working. Very good A/C.

Very happy with this order. Stuff is friendly. Room is clean and big! With unbeatable price. Also have underground garage, it's Super safe for a rental car. Great location, quite! I will be back here for sure!!

We had a blip with check-in which was resolved thanks to the help of another amazingly kind traveller who connected us with Miguel, who quickly found a solution that worked for us. Before we checked out the next day, Miguel again went the second mile to help us communicate with another business in Spanish. Excellent customer service and Miguel is to be commended.

En general todo dentro de lo estándar. Lo que no me gustó es que las camas eran muy incómodas por que la base de la cama es de cemento. Y el baño estaba mojado cuando llegue

The hotel-apartment was great, spacious, and clean. The bed in the living room was a twin size bed, perfect for my teenager. Only downside was the kitchen, no microwave, nor hand towels or napkins. The provided dishes, cups, cutlery, and plates were very almost new.
