We booked on short notice after another rental feel through. Casa Palmas is good value for money and was close to the family we were visiting. Because we booked at the last minute, there was some confusion about how to access the property, but a whatsapp text exchange cleared up the confusion and we got in with no problem. There was a persistent fishy odor in the room, though the room was clean otherwise. There was no cleaning of the room or restocking of bathroom with toilet paper or removal of bathroom waste over the five night stay, which I would say is below the standard of other Mexican places we have stayed. The cleaning staff were happy enough to give us toilet paper after we ran into them, though a text the night before to the WhatsApp number that we needed toilet paper had gone entirely unanswered for 16 hours. (That was the only time we saw staff there at all.) There was no information in the room about how to contact staff other than WhatsApp, but it's not acceptable to not respond to a text for 16 hours if that is customers' only option. We would stay there again, but it would not be our first choice

Todo estubo muy bien excepto por las facturas te contestan cuando quieren y te entregan ya pasado el tiempo de facturación.

None of the code numbers for opening the street door and room door were sent to me in advance. I arrived with no battery power left in my phone and luckily had the taxi driver wait to help sort things out. I then had to phone to get the WIFI password. No bottled water in the room. As it’s located in a residential area, there are no restaurants close by. After 8 hours in buses, I didn’t exactly need this hassle. The room is clean with a comfortable bed.

La ubicación es excelente y muy tranquila para un buen descanso; aparte de que esta relativamente cerca del consulado americano.

Habitación limpia. Pero requiere mantenimiento de plomería.

This is a Air BB. There isn't a live person to greet us. Never had any physical contact with property owner or agent. However, many what's ap messages...Here is a message I sent to management company. Haven't received a reply as of this writing. I want to inform you of several issues with suite 107, especially the main access door. When you close the door, it locks automatically. However, when you leave, the door wouldn't open. After several attempts, I realized that the latch doesn't fully retract. I had to use a knife to push it in. However, when I use the key, the latch works perfectly. Also, the floor was dirty. So much so that our socks and bathmats got dirty when they got wet. The place needs a good deep cleaning and general maintenance.

Es muy tranquila, cómoda, muy agusto, tiene todo cerca, lo único malo es que la letrina del baño no tiene puerta y es difícil esa privacidad

La cama fue un caos para mi , había cabello en las sábanas y algo de tierra, no había agua caliente hasta que lo reporte de ahí en fuera todo bien

Es muy pequeño la habitación

Todo excelente !

La atención es precisa y muy facil para realizar en check-in y check-out ya que el acceso es por medio de codigos

No me volvería a hospedar
