In a greatly accessible part of town across the street from the metro, restaurants and street food. Room was modern and super clean. Very quiet at night with amazing views. We chose the smaller bed which is the only change I would make next time; still very comfortable.

The rooms are spacious, the amenities great, staff very polite and attentive. Yet very noisy even though we were on 8th floor we heard a lot of honking and sirens all night long even with closed windows. Also the bathroom had a distinct smell of sewage even after returning to the room in the evening and leaving the window open.

I had a nice experience, the staff was always friendly and helpful !

Great location, it does get loud during rush hour because of the traffic and the located on a busy boulevard but it did not affect our sleep and our stay whatsoever.

The rooms were nice and the property was very clean. The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. The hallway to the room on the upper floor was extremely hot. The hot air was coming from the AC vents and not vented to the roof or outside the building. I think they were in the process of correcting this because a couple guys were working on it. There were no kitchen towels, but we had an extra hand towel from the bathroom that we used. The beds are also not very soft. We wanted extra coffee (only 2 pods per day were given) and asked the front desk for some. They wanted to charge extra for that, even though we didn't have our room cleaned that day. The hotel is in a nice location, but we still needed to use Didi or Uber to get all the places we wanted to go. Not close enough to walk to historical areas.

El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación falló a las 4:00 am y se escuchaba un ruido insoportable, pero marcamos a recepción y nos cambiaron de cuarto inmediatamente (a uno más grande y con balcón y mejor vista). Y te piden que dejes una garantía de $1000 pesos que nos habían dicho que regresan en 72 hrs máximo pero yo aún no recibo el reembolso de la garantía a mi tarjeta.

Excelente hotel

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for 5 nights.it was in a great location but because of that it was very noisy. The horns honked constantly and was only a few block from the hospital so ambulences snd police siren were non stop. The staff was great but we did find that the floors weren't very clean. If you showered and walked across the room your feet were dirty. Other than those items the hotel was great.

Well I thought I had a great stay, but soon after noticed my security deposit was never returned. I contacted the hotel to have it corrected but the staff erroneously claimed I had stolen 2 glasses and 2 blankets?! That absolutely did not happen. They have thus far refused to return my deposit. I don't know who to blame, but someone there is running a scam. Do not give your money to this hotel.

Property is on a main street. We were on 8th floor. But there windows and doors have no sound proofing. So all night was so noisy, traffic, ambulances, street party you could hear it all. All day and all night. It was very annoying and bothersome to just relax in day time and even worae to sleep at night

Clean and big room

I have no complaints about this hotel, very centrally located, clean, updated, very friendly to international travelers. Check in desk was english friendly (and friendly overall), check in process was easy, when I got to the room it was spotless. I've seen reviews about the noise on the street facing side, I was on the backside and didn't hear a peep during my stay. When it comes to the room itself, I have no complaints, very spacious, updated and clean. There is a water purification system in the lobby and they provide two bottles of water upon arrival that you can reuse / refill as needed. Surrounding area has so much going on, I walked to most of the places I wanted to visit, miscellaneous bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and bars and was never more than a 10 minute uber from anywhere else I wanted to go. Great property, very helpful staff and I would definitely re-book if traveling to Mexico City again

The front desk was wonderful and staffed 24 hours a day. We also loved our terrace. We could watch the world from above. The rooms were clean and spacious when we closed our sliding glass door it was amazingly quiet in the room.
