Room not like (far from what was) shown in pictures (more like a Picasso design with things aligned in crooked ways) and big remodelation going as well that was not mentioned when reserving. Phone provided is not working, elevator was not working when leaving the property. Anyway…. Also, Expedia not very helpful in helping contacting the property, just said, phone is not working you should try again later. Really?

Everything was wonderful! The hotel was a good center location. When the Cruz Azul won, we had a front row seat to celebrations that took place on Av. Insurgentes. Julio and Alberto were very helpful with a medical emergency. A person in our group requested an ambulance and they went above and beyond to help her and us. We are very appreciative of the entire group that was there during our 6 day stay.

Almost perfect stay. Only thing missing was a window screen for the balcony.

At the time of booking the gym was closed due to remodeling but what really sucked was that they NEVER returned our deposit!! Called multiple times and gave me the run around! I should have read the reviews first because once I did I seen that this hotel is known for keeping the deposit!! Only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s too bad that bad people work at this hotel, because it does have potential to be great.

Under construction but still very nice. Staff was very helpful, friendly and informative.

Was not told prior to arrival the hotel is under construction. Which would generally be ok until I noticed things in the room were half done. I booked the rooms and my two other friends had great rooms on the 8th floor. Large bathrooms and views. I was put on the 6th floor. Plaster coming off the bathroom ceiling and construction marks as if they're still planning to work on it. The bathroom floor would be completely flood during a shower. Having to use multiple towels. The property is in a great location, walkable to everything.

El recepcionista fue super amable, la estadia estubo bien pero no excelente, el personal de limpieza no limpio a fondo solo volteo las sabanas, habia muchas remodelaciones lo que generaba algo de polvo y temas con subir al asensor

the air condition is effective

Muy satisfecha en mi estancia, fuimos 4 personas y la habitación realmente está muy amplia, todo limpio, agua caliente, lo único es que estaba en remodelación y había algo de ruido, pero supongo que si así ya es un buen hotel con la remodelación quedará mucho mejor. Queda cerca del parque España, en muy buena zona y segura, eso sí, mucho tráfico ya que está sobre Av. Insurgentes Sur. Creo que si hace falta un poco más de utensilios de cocina.

The hotel is under renovation. In addition, the windows are not soundproof. The hotel is extremely well located in Roma Norte. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Excelente ubicación, el trato del personal es de lo mejor, habitaciones limpias y cómodas, definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí.

La habitación muy limpia y cómoda. Un plus que tiene cocineta y aire acondicionado. A esto sumarle que la ubicación está ideal para pasear por la Roma Norte, muy cerca de todo.

Great Location! Full disclosure- it is located at a 24/7 busy intersection but that's what Mexico City is all about. And you are staying right in the heart of it. I miss it already

El aire no servía, salía aire pero no enfriaba. Y olía feo el baño como a caño. Había mucho ruido de la calle. Lo demás muy bien, espacioso y limpio.
