The staff was wonderful, the bathrooms had lots of room. The international menu had lots of variety.

Es un hotel 100% familiar, para el precio está súper bien. Las camas son un poco duras, y el baño la puerta de la regadera le hacía falta limpiar del riel tenía como hongos

Es un hotel tradicional, limpio.buen servicio, la comida es buena.

El hotel está muy agusto, un poco caro por la temporada de vacaciones, está frente a la playa, la playa está muy tranquila sin olas. Estuvimos en la primera planta y teníamos vista al mar todo el día, lo único que podrían mejorar es tener una alberca más grande en el área donde tienen los jardines.

La mayoria del personal causa una experiencia muy buena, el 80% de ellos son amables y te hacen sentir muy comodo, la comida es buena y las noches tematicas ayudan mucho con la variedad. Las bebidas abarcan diferentes gustos, y la barra de snacks tambien cumple las expectativas. En general un hotel bastante agradable. Negativo, que el elevador no funciono durante toda nuestra estadia y subir y bajar los 4 pisos fue algo pesado (5 dias), una noche se fue la luz por dos horas y no cuentan con planta, los huespedes que rentan grupo musical hasta la media noche que no dejan descansar y la alberca con demasiados quimicos que lastiman los ojos. Ah! Y que permitan entrar a huéspedes escurriendo de la alberca, aunque claramente tengan señalado que esta prohibido.

El hotel está bien ubicado, céntrico, con estacionamiento, la comida muy rica, la atención del personal muy buena, el inconveniente es porque el agua para bañarnos y lavabos tiene sal, y unos huéspedes contrataron banda hasta altas horas de la noche y no podíamos dormir

The staff was very friendly, we enjoyed our stay there so much. Even when the staff didn’t speak English they made sure we got what we asked for

This is a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

For an all inclusive there should be an open bar for drinks in the morning. Limited coffee selection until restaurant opens at 8 Not enough lounge chairs. I won’t be back for those reasons

Buen hospedaje, todo es confortable ,esta en la playa, el perrsonal muy amable y atento..

Everything was good

Listen, this was partially our fault for not really paying attention to the listing. This property was so far from being an all inclusive of the standards I’ve been at. The beach was full of nationals having a grand time with their tents chairs families and music. Nice to see, but there was NO accommodation (beach chairs) for us. The lock on the door was broken. The room felt desolate with a defunct kitchen taking up a huge space. The safe was broken with no way to protect valuables. It was no what we expected at all. We got out of their within a day and they hotel was gracious enough to return the unused portion. We booked ourselves elsewhere.
