何年も利用しているが、年々サービスは悪化、まくら、シーツは、長い事洗ってないようで、非常に汗臭い。 床の敷物は常に湿っていて、これもまた臭いがきつい。 ルームサービスは、オーダーのとりかたが、不親切で、遅い。

Towel, bed. Sheets, carpets are very dirty and smell very bad. One of two elevators are not working. Room services are not good either!!!

Room service is pretty bad. Then, they do not give enough water nor toilet papers.

ここ１０年以上宿泊していたが、最近の１－２年間だんだんとサービスがわるくなり、今回は最悪だった。 まず、ミネラルウォーターを今回はほとんど追加してくれなかった。　追加されたものもにおいがしてとても飲めなかった。　洗濯ものをだしたのだが、２日たっても帰ってこず、その間全く連絡もなし。　　絨毯ももう何年もまともに掃除してないとみられ、においがきつい。　最悪の一言。　もう二度ここには泊まらないとおもう。 因みに洗濯ものは結局、３日後に帰ってきたのだが、現地　の友人に引き取ってもらい、またMEXICALIに行くときにもらうつもり。

The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent and the was no hot water. They only provide one bottle of water per stay.

A mi esposo le dio mucha alergia la alfombra. Habia una charola de servicio al cuarto que estuvo tirada en el pasillo del segundo piso por casi 24 horas, muy mal aspecto por esa parte.

The room they assigned me, was occupied by another guests, we let know one of their staff members, she notified the front desk of the situation and instead of them send someone of them to get us a new door key for another room, they meda us go all the way down to the lobby with all of our luggage and get other room key. Very unprofessional staff members at front desk..

They give us the Wrong room with individual beds, they transferred us to a very stinky room, they deactivated my card it was just a bad experience

We frequently traveled to Mexicali, and this hotel was my preferred choice. However, I observed that there is a new staff who are not friendly at all. I arrived at 2:30 pm and proceeded directly to check-in. The staff member turned to look at the clock and remarked, “The check-in is until 3 pm” My husband was upset, so we returned to the car and waited until 3 pm The issue was that he communicated the same rule to everyone. By 3 pm, there was a long line; it took approximately 45 minutes or more to complete the check-in process. Eventually, we received the keys. The next surprise was the room assigned to me, which had an awful sewer-like smell. The carpets were very dirty, and the bed was hard. I returned to the reception to request a different room. The hotel does not seem to be the same anymore. I also noticed that the cleaning staff do not use a vacuum cleaner; instead, they just sweep the rooms, causing all the dirt to accumulate in the hallways. I initially thought they would vacuum afterward, but to my surprise, they did not, resulting in a mess with trash from different rooms.

Staff muy amable tanto lobby como en el parking los cuartos todo limpio solamente el desayuno no incluido solo con costo extra pero todo muy bien es mi segunda vez que me hospedo y regresare gracias

Hotel limpio, atención estupenda, blancos muy buenos.
