何年も利用しているが、年々サービスは悪化、まくら、シーツは、長い事洗ってないようで、非常に汗臭い。 床の敷物は常に湿っていて、これもまた臭いがきつい。 ルームサービスは、オーダーのとりかたが、不親切で、遅い。

Towel, bed. Sheets, carpets are very dirty and smell very bad. One of two elevators are not working. Room services are not good either!!!

Room service is pretty bad. Then, they do not give enough water nor toilet papers.

This is a nice hotel and the best feature is a round the clock desk person. Would recommend.

Los empleados de recepción no pasan recados y no están atento al teléfono, no hay teléfonos en los pisos para hablar a recepción no habría nuestra llave tuvimos que bajar, necesitamos asistencia con silla de ruedas y no tienen

Hotel smells very good. The beds are very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Parking was good, pool was not ready on time, no ice dispenser, only Mexican pesos with exact amount of money accepted or card for breakfast. When stayed in the past there was free coffee in the morning, that is no longer offered. Other than that place was clean and check in was quick and easy.

You need to bring like a cloth.So you could wipe your skin or when you're showering other than that, the property was excellent
