何年も利用しているが、年々サービスは悪化、まくら、シーツは、長い事洗ってないようで、非常に汗臭い。 床の敷物は常に湿っていて、これもまた臭いがきつい。 ルームサービスは、オーダーのとりかたが、不親切で、遅い。

Towel, bed. Sheets, carpets are very dirty and smell very bad. One of two elevators are not working. Room services are not good either!!!

Room service is pretty bad. Then, they do not give enough water nor toilet papers.

Very nice hotel. Located in town close to a big mall, restaurants, grocery stores and the hospital.

Todo estuvo bien con la excepción que el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y no dejó Dormir y la piscina no muy limpia.

I did not even make it to the hotel. They did not respect my reservation.

1. No contaba con agua en la habitación... 2. El proceso de check in fue demasiado lento aproximadamente unos 45 minutos 3. No cuenta con servicio de transporte al aeropuerto aunque en su página dice que si tiene transporte las 24 hs 4.habia pelo en el bañó que se pego a las toallas. 5. No ofrecieron el 15% de descuento en ningún consumo aunque Expedia dice que debió haberse ofrecido.
