何年も利用しているが、年々サービスは悪化、まくら、シーツは、長い事洗ってないようで、非常に汗臭い。 床の敷物は常に湿っていて、これもまた臭いがきつい。 ルームサービスは、オーダーのとりかたが、不親切で、遅い。

Towel, bed. Sheets, carpets are very dirty and smell very bad. One of two elevators are not working. Room services are not good either!!!

Room service is pretty bad. Then, they do not give enough water nor toilet papers.

La atención del personal excelente, la limpieza adecuada, el mantenimiento inadecuado.

Parking lot was very clean, breakfast was a little to salty..

El desayuno, realmente es malo, hay muy pocas opciones en el bufete y el sabor es malo, incluso si pasas a desayunar a las 8:30 o 9 am ya quedan muy pocas cosas, y eso que cuesta más de 300 pesos

I have stayed here many times and it was always pleasant. Seems a little run down compared to my previous visits. One elevator wasn’t working, had to walk back to the lobby because my door didn’t open. BUT MOST OF ALL was the condition of the towels and bedding. Just didn’t look clean. After a long drive, I was ready for a cocktail but the bar was not open.

Marislava & Sarahí have amazing communication skills as well as very helpful in one’s needs & questions of the city or hotel. This made me want to return to this property next time I’m in Mexicali.

Olía mucho a humedad la habitación

The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent and the was no hot water. They only provide one bottle of water per stay.

A mi esposo le dio mucha alergia la alfombra. Habia una charola de servicio al cuarto que estuvo tirada en el pasillo del segundo piso por casi 24 horas, muy mal aspecto por esa parte.
