海を見ながらの朝食は最高です。サービスもよく、朝食のボリュームも文句なし。メキシコ朝食が味わえます。残念なことに、テラスが思ったよりも簡素。

アテンドも食事も悪かった。蚊が多かった。

Perfect location with a view of the water and only steps to the small town plaza and local restaraunts.

Room was clean, the patios are basically the restaurant patio so that is a bit awkward.

Great access to grocery store across the street and to the beach and nearby pier. Stairs to walk up to the rooms. No pool could be found.

The property itself was lovely, our room was extremely dated, curtains hanging off the rail, bathroom faucet completely loose, literally could lift it out of the socket. No place to hang clothes, everything was about 70 years old, paint stained curtains and doors.

Another great stay at our “go to” hotel in Puerto Morelos! Great staff, great location, pool and beach!!

I highly recommend this place! The staff were wonderful. Super clean. Great location, everything in town is just steps away. Easy parking. AC, mini fridge. I had a patio room just off the pool that was just ideal. Beautiful views. Lots of lounge chairs on the beach 👍👍

Lovely quaint place to stay. Excellent on-site restaurant. Great staff, perfect location to the town square and melacon. 2nd time staying and we will be back. We have 13 year old kids, if they enjoy the beach and are adventurous they will be fine

We had an ocean view room with a balcony. The beach was very nice. The staff at the front desk bordered on rude. The room was fine if you’re used to Mexican hotel standards—tired furnishings, poor quality bedding, no water in room, no hairdryer, only 2 bath towels and one hand towel provided, no towel bar. If the hotel was half the price it would be great. They’re getting by because of their location, definitely not their standards or service.

Our room overlooked the ocean nice balcony. Very basic hotel but certainly met my expectations as I knew that I had booked a 3 star hotel. The location was excellent. Small but nice they kept it clean. The hotel is located across the street from a supermarket that came in very handy. Very close to the town square and restaurants. We would return.

Great location and staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is getting old but kept clean. Beach front was kept fairly clear of the sargassum, difficult to keep up as it was a continuous effort to clear . We enjoyed our stay there

las instalaciones y mobiliario son muy antiguas. Colchones durísimos, aires acondicionados sin funcionar, regaderas con poca presión de agua. Sin botellas de agua o cortesías básicas. Honestamente no vale lo que cuesta a pesar de estar céntrico y frente al mar.

Great location! Friendly staff. Fresh drinking water available for guests. Id go back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were nicely decorated and spacey - the ones with balcony are especially pretty and comfortable (our group had both terrace and balcony rooms). The staff is very friendly and helpful with any of our questions and needs. The location is fantastic right by the ocean and just a few blocks from the main square so it's super easy to walk everywhere, including to the big supermarket Chedraui that is basically next door. Our kids loved the pool too! Although Muelle Once, the restaurant, is technically a different company, it was great to have such a nice restaurant in the same building. Their breakfast options were amazing! Warmly recommend this hotel for everyone, our group of 2 kids, 2 adults and 2 retirees really enjoyed it :)

Wonderful staff and super room maintenance each day. The beach front offered good loungers with or without shade. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean and the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep each night. In the heart of the action as well. Recommended
