出入り口は施錠してあり、ゲストの出入りの度に開けるシステム。従業員はみんな丁寧な対応で気持ちが良い。部屋の天井が高く、センスの良い調度品とゆったり寛げるバスタブが良い。

El hotel es bonito, pero el internet falla - en mi habitación no había ni señal ni wifi, tenia que salir para poder usar red. El personal es sumamente amable , es verdad , aunque jamas me indicaron como era el tema del desayuno. Su se adora muy chafa , su televisión minúscula, que obviamente no se ve desde la cama. El concepto esta increíble , el lugar es bonito, pero para nada vale la pena el precio.

Great staff, great room, and perfect place to spend a few days in Merida. Definitely coming back!

Amazing experience, impecable service. Walking to Calle Montejo. Super nice! We love it!

For the price point and the over all infrastructure of the property - with the eye for detail what cam as a surprise was the following, A) There was no tea or coffee facility in the room. B) basic such as a cookie or even a biscuit wasn’t available with the tea service.C) even water was charged, which really unusual when the quality of water is poor.D) we asked for an extra helping of fruit in the afternoon and we were told that this was not possible. I guess we are just used to a different level and quality of service in Asia

Atención increible, casa muy bonita, llena de detalles, literalmente es como si te hospedaras en un museo, gracias por hacer nuestra estancia única, llena de detalles y atenciones.

Nuestra estancia en Casa Azul fue excelente!!! Las instalaciones y la atencion por parte del personal que ahi trabaja fue excepcional. Altamente recomendado.

Si eres un viajero activo, que busca restaurante por la noche, hacer pedido al cuarto a media noche olvídalo no hay. Tomar café en el cuarto no hay. Es un hotel pequeño que no tiene las comodidades de un hotel de cadena. No hay de vamos a bajar al lobby oír musica tal vez tomar algo en el bar, o se me hizo tarde voy a comer o cenar algo en el hotel no hay. Los cuartos no tienen ventilación raro para ser una casa . Las ventanas no se abren. Los trabajadores se esmeran para que tengas una buena estancia. El desayuno y valer parking bien, la limpieza de cuarto bien. La tele vieja y pequeña se desconfiguraba a cada rato. Pero si tu plan es algo tranqui este es el lugar pensando que tomes en cuenta cenar y comer fuera. Y consumir lo del refri si tienes algún antojo.

Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly, made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious. Pool si very small. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel at ground level so expect some traffic noise, if you are a light sleeper maybe you better look for a different option, for us it was not an issue and we enjoyed every minute we spent there. Can’t wait to visit them again. Thanks.

A luxurious boutique hotel in the center of Mérida in a beautiful turn-of-the-20th century residence. Excellent service and a first-rate breakfast included with our room rate.

It is not a hotel - it is a bed and breakfast. Way overpriced. Room was very hot when arrived and took hour tone on comfortable temp Ninservices

The property is absolutely beautiful, a historically remodeled hacienda. The staff is amazing. I've never felt so cared for or pampered. Breakfast was excellent. They even wrote "Happy Birthday" on the bed with rose petals when David noticed it was my husband's birthday! It was a lovely stay, and we would certainly go back.

Beautiful, peaceful oasis in a great location for walking to all the lovely leafy plazas. Wonderful breakfasts in the most beautiful garden courtyard. The staff are kind, helpful, sweet and generous at all times of day or night. The entire experience of this hotel, from the beautiful front gate to the rooms, setting, colors of walls and fabrics, and fantastic staff… just spectacular. Hermoso y tranquilo oasis en una gran ubicación para caminar a todas las encantadoras plazas frondosas. Maravillosos desayunos en el más bello patio jardín. El personal es amable, dulce y generoso en todo momento del día o de la noche. Toda la experiencia de este hotel, desde la hermosa puerta de entrada hasta las habitaciones, el entorno, los colores de las paredes y las telas, y el fantástico personal... simplemente espectacular.
