Habitación cómoda, el personal agradable

Excelente ubicación el estacionamiento un poco limitado Pero no tuve problemas para dejar mi vehículo las instalaciones son muy viejitas como todos los hoteles del centro pero la ubicación es excelente. Fue silencioso y limpio.. volvería a reservar con ellos sin problema

Everything was very nice and clean, we loved our stay in this hotel. Only thing to mention is there was only half a door in the shower, the water was spilling out because of that, I guess that’s a new trend but it caused us a mess. The staff was a 10/10.

The rooms are basic but clean and perfect if you’re just gonna use it to sleep and shower, the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Excelente ubicación, el desayuno solo pan blanco para tostar y café, estacionamiento no muy grande pero no batallamos , Nos tocó un cuarto hacia el frente y pues mucho ruido de los carros ,el clima de la recámara muy bien, lo ideal es tener un catálogo de restaurantes cercanos , la alberca no la usamos, según nos daban una bebida de cortesía y preguntamos y a los 2 días nos dejaron 2 latitas de Coca Cero de 250 ml. Hotel sencillo y Aceptable.

The hotel it’s beautiful, 1st room we got wasn’t the one promised, only 2 full size beds not queen, and a small tv, 2nd room next day much nicer, but no parking, no AC, no hot water and we had a 3 year old, on the 1st night I was told it was a room for 4 people, I booked all, a car- hotel and plain, on a pack on this app, so I was forced to pay for 2 more people, same night I asked if I could get another room because it was same amount I was charged for 2 extra people, I was told not till the next morning to get a manager’s authorization, in the morning I was told, I had to do it the night before because all got processed through the night system and can’t be reverse or modified. So I had to rent another room for 2 more days.

Muy buena ubicación ,ideal para dormir después de andar todo el dia en la calle es muy tranquilo !

Excelente atención del personal, muy buena ubicación. Solo que como la habitación tiene poca ventilación las toallas y las almohadas huelen a humedad. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

This place is not a hotel or even a motel . I got no spare pillow ,even when was a bunch of empty rooms . I booked a room with double bed but I found one bed only . The ceiling fan never works - the AC attached to the wall ,was tripping the whole time and when I went out and came back, somebody turned off . We were at 95!!! degrees -98% humidity The room has two showers and none worked; asking to replace one ,the water only came super hot ,like you can do tour coffee in the shower . One of the showers has a small whole from the roof letting all the heat weather coming in the room,wonder why my shower and room was always hot . The maid took my blanket away and never bringing back,I had a dry towel as a blanket for 5 days . I had a chair missing one screw ,I felt to the ground and almost break my arm .. People who work there ,just smile to all this situations . I requested since the beginning to be in one of the first floor rooms because I had an injury in my left foot ;nobody knew about that request and the offer was switching room next day . So,wait ; all this place have the same rooms ? Like is no double bed at all!?? I don’t know fromwhere this place is a 3 starts resort. Doesn’t have laundry either . Now I know why it was not guests at the property . I hope somebody go and inspect that place ,the place has 8 or 9 photos in Expedia ;at least 4 are real ,the other ones are the same but in different angles . Do not book here !

Excelente servicio y atención del personal

Habitación limpia, personal amable, con estacionamiento.

The service is excellent, very friendly, the young man from there is a very comfortable pool. Only when we left, we looked at a mouse coming out and hiding in one of the wooden frames, the mouse was super small, who could face to enter the doors of the rooms.

La,establemente nos tocó un mal tiempo y hubo fuertes lluvia que ocasionaron se fuera la luz pero no nos proporcionaron nada ni lámparas ni habitaciones con ventanas o algo que pudiera ayudarnos y pasamos muy mala noche. Me exigieron pagar anticipadamente y el servicio no fue nada bueno

Pensé que estaría más cerca de las oficinas del CAS

Uno de los puntos más fuertes es el estacionamiento, son pocos lugares los que cuentan con un estacionamiento. Aunque tiene un espacio reducido no creo que haya inconveniente. Sin embargo la habitación que se nos proporcionó la sentí más pequeña así como la cama, y no había espejo para cuerpo entero.
