From the moment you get to the hotel, you see and appreciate how beautiful and clean it is. Once you walk in your greeted and helped in a fast and very friendly matter the hotel is very beautiful modern very clean smells very clean. I would have to see the bar has amazing tamarindo margaritas we stayed on the fifth floor and they have a lounge section where you can hang out or eat. They offer happy hour. They have a good selection for breakfast including eggs, beans, bacon, potatoes, fruit yogurt, big variety, fresh orange juice, fresh green juice, coffee, honestly very good service. I am beyond impressed if you are thinking of staying here and don’t hesitate in a very nice area you feel safe and it’s also very close to the border.

10/10 hotel experience. The facilities were in excellent condition, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff and customer service were definitely the best part of the stay. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. I would come back a thousand times over.

Muy atentos desde la recepción, front desk, durante toda la estancia.

Estuve en el piso SELECT y el mesero que estuvo en la sala lounge en la tarde pésima atención. Todo el tiempo sentado con el celular y nada de atención. En la mañana quisimos tomar el desayuno continental y estaba cerrado a las 645am no había nadie atendiendo. En la recepción nos mencionaron que el servicio debía haber comenzado 630am. Servicio de piso SELECT fatal.

Room was not clean

Beautiful place. Everyone was friendly and tried to be helpful but they initially put us in a room where the heat didn’t work and didn’t have another handicap room available with a king bed. Also the only had two rooms with grab bars around the toilet making it hard for my husband to use it.

My stay at the Hotel Lucerna Tijuana was overall a really good experience. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and well-maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The rooms were comfortable and nicely set up, with everything I needed for my stay. I especially appreciated how clean everything was—it definitely gave me peace of mind. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet enough to rest and recover. The location is also a big plus. It’s in a convenient area with easy access to nearby restaurants, medical facilities, and transportation, which made getting around simple. One of my favorite parts was the overall vibe of the hotel—it felt safe, relaxing, and a little upscale without being overwhelming. The pool area and common spaces were also well-kept and nice to spend time in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tijuana, especially if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and reliable place to stay.

The staff provided an exceptional stay, demonstrating exceptional courtesy and assistance throughout the concierge services, check-in, and check-out processes. The rooms were immaculate, and the on-site restaurants were highly regarded.

Great Amenities. Only one drawback. You have to leave a large deposit in order to charge or pay for things at the Hotel.

everything was great. We didn't try the restaurant so can't speak for that but the grounds, facilites, staff - all grade A. Highly recommend (and they solid deals)
