The room and staff were great! Highly recommend!

The room was nice but there was a residence upstairs and was very noisy. They were load goin up the stairs and it sounded like they were moving furniture at 12:30 AM. When we asked to be moved to another room the front desk staff was less than helpful and did not even look to see if another room was available. After discussing the issue they were able to move us but we had to stay in our same room another night. Again very noisy at 12:30 AM when they came in upstairs. Once moved the room was quieter but the hotels dogs like to bark in the middle of the night right out side our room. Asking the front desk for an extra blanket was a major task and was ignored. Three trips to the front desk and he finally went and got us one. When we asked for a coffee pot, because our room did not have one, the front desk did nothing. The next day we asked the maid and she went and got one right away. The hotel was nice and we did enjoy our stay, although the front desk staff was very unhelpful, rude and didn't care about how our stay was. Even trying to have nice conversation in the morning we seemed to be a bother to them. The rest of the staff was amazing and helpful. We would return but stay in a room that was not close to the main area. I would give a 2 1/2 star rating based on the front desk but the rest of the staff was great.

The rooms could use a little up date but they were clean. The staff is supper friendly and the restaurant with an ocean view is great. The pool is well maintained and the hot tub was hot.

We could not have asked for anything more, except maybe a towel for the pool in our room. The food was excellent and well priced, the staff was friendly and professional, especially Isaac in the restaurant, we are huge dog lovers and delighted in the many dogs on the property. We enjoyed reading our books in the hammocks outside our rooms. The proximity to the water, town, and the national park made our trip easy and fun. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Nice beach friendly staff..hot tub could be a little Hotter

Good location. The room is basic but very clean. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere, live music, sitting by the fire pit. The staff went above & beyond to make us feel at home. Oh and the breakfast was delicious!

My wife and I stay at oasis on our road trips to Cabo. We love the location and it is always so warm and welcoming by the staff. The rooms are always clean and lovely. The location is perfect for us. Easy parking and beautiful beach area. The restaurant is lovely and the food is great. It’s a short walk to the downtown tourist area and a fun walk along the water. We will return and always look forward to it.

Soy huésped recurrente del hotel, y como siempre, llegar aquí es un enorme gusto. La ubicación es inmejorable, en donde comienza el malecón y frente a la playa. Los amaneceres son espectaculares, las habitaciones muy cómodas e impecables (y algunas renovadas). También la comida es muy buena en su restaurante. Recomiendo elegir el hotel oasis y siempre volver. Gracias!!

Everything was great, restaurant food quality was amazing. Room was basic but right on the beach. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Alberto who provided excellent service with a smile. Noisy neighbors at 2:00 am wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but walls were kind of thin. Would definitely spend time at this hotel again.

The rooms were ok, but we feel all the rooms should include at least a refrigerator and ice should be free. Also the towels were pretty worn. Breakfast was awful, the same thing everyday. The staff at the bar, specifically Christopher (and the female bartender), were amazing!!!!!

I will say that this is an overall great deal for the location. The restaurant and bar in site are fantastic. But I have no stayed here twice and both times it was an ordeal getting checked in and the rooms weren’t ready until much after check in time. The desk staff is super friendly and I got the impression they were struggling with housekeeping being timely. Would stay there again, just maybe check in a couple hours later to avoid the sitting around and waiting.

We were not allocated the room downstairs, despite indicating that it is difficult for me to ascend the stairs. It appears that the establishment selectively prioritizes certain clients for more attentive service. The amenities are lacking, and the hotel does not resemble the photographs provided. Additionally, there is no Wi-Fi available. The service at the restaurant was severely disappointing; we left twice due to the lack of service. Hotel is very outdated and lacks cleanliness.

The hotel claimed they were going to put a hold on my credit card for the deposit - it wasn’t a hold it was an actual charge and they are not responding to

Great friendly, courteous, helpful staff throughout the hotel. Room was very clean, all equipment working well. Comfortable beds - only doubles in our room instead of queen size. The best air conditioning/heat unit we have had in any hotel - quiet and very efficient. Food was good, the buffet breakfasts each day and the dinners we ordered there. Wait staff were terrific! Wonderful location right on the beach. Two bottles of water provided every day. Small kayaks and paddle boards available for our use. Pool area was lovely. They could provide more loungers at the pool as the four that were there, along with regular chairs were occasionally all in use with none available for us to use. Hot tub is only a ‘warm tub’, needs to be a lot warmer. Swimming pool was a good temperature.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Food was very good. My wife and I enjoy dinner on Saturday very much.
