El personal del hotel muy amables todos

Muy agradable en general. El pesonal muy amable. Faltan camastros en la alberca. Las habitaciones muy comodas, pero el diseño del espacio de la regadera no es funcional. El agua se sale por todo el baño. Se debe prestar atención a ese detalle que es muy importante.

Mini split did not cool. No blackout curtain on glass blocks with bright light outside. Window was hard to open.

Lovely place.

Great service in the bar. Lovely area to sip and chat by the beach. Checking was poorly handled: rooms not ready, did not alert us when they finally were ready, 3 hours late. Neighboring guests were noisy when they came In At 5 am. Front desk not responsive to simple requests.

Our first impression when driving up to the hotel was oh gosh, is this going to be OK… But once we walked around the front and saw the water, the restaurant, the bar, the sweet ambience was overwhelming. If you’re looking for an authentic, comfortable place to stay, and great margaritas, completely recommend this place.
