Un Hotel Bueno, Bonito y Barato, las instalaciones estan en buenas condiciones, los restaurantes de especialidad son muy buenos, quiza queda a deber un poco el bufet, las camas en esta ocasion nos tocaron algo incomodas, pero por lo que se paga creo que vale mucho la pena. lo malo que no nos tocaron shows en esta ocasión, pero sin duda recomiendo visitarlo.

Elegimos su hotel esperando recibir el nivel de servicio y hospitalidad que los caracteriza; sin embargo, nuestra experiencia de bienvenida fue sumamente desagradable. Durante nuestro proceso de registro, el trato por parte del personal de recepción fue deficiente. En particular,con nombre Arturo “ Esta persona se dirigió a nosotros con una actitud sarcástica, grosera y cero profesional, lo cual nos generó una gran frustración y estrés innecesario tras nuestro viaje. Entendemos que el personal puede tener días difíciles, pero el trato despectivo hacia los huéspedes es completamente inaceptable y mancha gravemente la imagen de su establecimiento. El inicio de nuestras vacaciones familiares se vio opacado por esta situación que pudo haberse evitado con una atención cordial y respetuosa.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly. The hotel is kept meticulously clean. Constantly mopping/cleaning by staff. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel has beautiful grounds - flowers and trees. The food at the a la carte restaurants was very good. The buffet was ok. It could use an upgrade. The weather was perfect and the beach nice, but we will never return to Mazatlan again. At least not to this hotel area. The CONSTANT banging coming from bands from 12:00 - 8:00 every day ruined our vacation. When I say bands I'm talking about I counted at least 50 people playing instruments and singing, all at the same time, on our short beach with microphones and boom boxes so the whole resort could hear. There was no peace. You couldn't sit and hear the ocean. No enjoyment. Then after the bands were done, Joe's Oyster would play music until 4:00 a.m.! Just sad to have everything in one hotel and be ruined by non-stop, LOUD music. If the bands didn't have microphones and boom boxes blaring, and played just for the people in front of them and not the whole resort until 8:00 at night, it would make things so much better.

Great place

Overall this is a good place to stay. Staff are excellent. Rooms were okay and they could use an upgrade. The al la carte ads are missleading as there is only one open per night plus the buffet. We found the food above average and always had a good meal. You had to pay extra for canned beer even though we went all inclusive. The music deom the vendors on the beach can get relentless and had to move a couple times and our room 4018 was very noisy all day and night long. The night music mainly comes from surrounding bars. Would qe go back No. But would recommend

Everything was nice. The hotel room the reason I put average is that our room had a huge leak from the AC and I was traveling with a disabled person and a baby and we had to be extra careful to prevent an accident

Room was fabulous and clean. Could have used a coffee maker. Wonderful staff. Food was alright. Al la carts amazing.

En todos los aspectos muy bien. Restaurantes, albercas, playa, zona dorada, personal en general muy bien. Solo una persona de los que te ayudan con el equipaje se porto de una forma irrespetuosa a la salida. De ahi en fuera todo excelente. 10/10

Location and proximity to the beach. All you can drink value.

Do not stay here. Credit card stolen and zero sleep. I cannot recommend this resort. We left after two nights of a four-night stay because we felt unsafe. Housekeeping stole a credit card from my partner’s wallet, and management refused to address it or take it seriously. Also, the noise from nearby bars is unbearable, lasting from midnight to 5:00 AM daily. The staff is dismissive and unwelcoming to tourists. We lost money by leaving early, but staying there was not an option.

Habitacion con filtraciones de agua y goteras en el baño Un bufet que ya deja mucho que desear porque los alimentos son escasos y repetitivos ,nada que ver con años atras El personal le falta mas empatia con el cliente ya que reporta uno las situaciones y se portan indolentes en fin creo que ya no vuelvo al Hotel playa mazatlan

Food was good, air conditioning in our room was not working properly. First day we had no towels in the room. Other than that great people

Todo bien en general, la atención, la limpieza, los alimentos; aunque las instalaciones no son de lo más modernas pero no todo bien.

La atención del personal ya había estado hospedada y es excelente felicidades saludos

La ubicación, las actividades y espacios para niños están geniales, solo las habitaciones creo que ya están un poco desactualizadas, les falta conexiones usb mejores luces y remodelación a los baños. Fuera de esto es muy cómodo, la atención del personal es excelente, las áreas de comida muy buenas. Disfrutamos mucho el todo incluido.
