The stay was excellent at Irie, they were welcoming and friendly. The food was excepcional, I was worried my daughter would get sick with the change in food/water but she did really well and the food was very tasty and plated beautifully. Additionally, the bar service was phenomenal. I used the laundry service and concierge during my stay and they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place, it was nice and quiet easy to sleep and in a safe area. My only complaint would be that next time I’d request a better view so I could take advantage of the jungle view and the sunset 🌅. All the staff remembered my name and greeted me every day, thanks to Matthias, Lara, Bryan, Josephina and Facundo for such a great service. My daughter and I really enjoyed Tulum.

Staff was very helpful, accommodating and polite, the food in the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. Being able to rent bikes/scooters/ATVs directly from the hotel was reasonably priced and helpful. Location is enough removed from Tulum center to be more quiet but also convenient/accessible. Only real negative is the construction that was constantly ongoing throughout our stay.

Loved the staff and how attentive they were . Pool, room and food was good . Hotel is located in the tulum village therefore, its a good 15-20 from tulum beach where the clubs , resort , bar etc is located on that strip . To get around you can rent a scooter , bike or ATV at the front desk . Or call a taxi . Front desk can help you with that easily with a quick call or text . The village does have little shops, restaurants etc you can visit too aswell which isn’t far from the hotel . The hotel is located in an area where they are developing more hotel, high rise condo etc . Nevertheless, I never had issue when it comes on to sleeping . Very quiet once 10 pm hits .

Chambre / appartement super spacieux , en revanche attention , l hôtel est récent mais déjà plusieurs bémol , peu d ustensiles de cuisine , fissure dans le plafond avec légère fuite (sachant que les piscines sont sur le toit ) pas très rassurant …. Zone infestée de moustiques , les immeubles avoisinants sont pour la plupart en construction , donc bruit de construction à 7:30 du matin et pas de lumière sur la route

The staff is impeccable. Excellent concierge and customer service. The interior courtyard is gorgeous with a pool elegantly designed as a tropical centerpiece. The onsite restaurant is an added bonus for chill days and Guido is an excellent chef. All meals that were ordered were tasty and fairly priced. The built in tip made it easy to factor total costs, and again, very reasonable compared to getting in a taxi roundtrip and eating out. The kitchen made it easy for the days we cooked our own meals. Adequate cooking supplies, plates, bowls, utensils and wine glasses. We were in a superior suite that overlooked the pool. The view was beautiful with gorgeous plants and palms just outside of the window. At night the pool is lit in a beautiful glow. Absolutely stunning. You will need a taxi or transportation to go most places. I found prices to be affordable using the InDrive app. Simply be patient for a driver to take your offer and tip accordingly. All in all, I would definitely come back. I did not want to leave!

Excelente instalaciones y servicio. Lo único a considerar sería que es casi necesario la transportación en carro privado/taxis.

Really great property, amazing staff who were extremely helpful with whatever you need. Everything in the city is typically within 10mins driving. There area of the hotel is a up and coming hot spot for tulum with restaurants already opening up. Major grocery store is within 10mins and about 40mins from Tulum airport. The Suites are worth the upgrade esp for the full kitchen and 3 full baths

Quiet boutique stay tucked in nature. We enjoyed our stay. Customer service with Exquiel and Mathias was great they were very knowledgeable locally with suggestions of where to go and places to eat as well as assisting with extra items for our room when we needed. We had our own rooftop pool and lounge area that was very relaxing. Nice yoga studio. We felt safe with overnight security. It is walkable to the town center of Aldea Zama during the day for cute eatery places and park. It was about 15 min from the beach. I would stay at Irie again, it was enjoyable.

Not only was the property outstanding, but the staff at the front desk made all the difference. They offered amazing suggestions over and over for local activities, shops, dining, activities, etc that I would have never knew existed. They were truly the key and the result was an amazing trip.
