ルームサービスを二回頼みましたが、丁寧さに欠け、挨拶もなしで無愛想。それだけが残念でした。部屋に飲料水は一切置いて無いので、向かいのファルマシアへ買いに行きました。建物、お部屋の雰囲気はとても良く、フロントの対応は最高に良い。

まずホテルドットコムに掲載されている住所をナビにいれたら、全く違うとこに到着し、ホテルにたどり着いたのが、一時間後。 ホテルドットコムで間違いなく予約がとれ、予約書もあるのに、ダブルブッキングで宿泊を拒否された。別館といわれ案内されたのは半額程度の別ホテル。そこは本来含まれる朝食も駐車場もなく、結局駐車場は自腹。朝食は、別ホテルがかけあってくれて、元のホテルで食べることができたが、今ひとつだった。 ダブルブッキングについて謝罪の言葉もなく、文句はホテルドットコムにいってくれ、の一点張り。 非常に嫌な思いをしました。 部屋については見ていないため、分かりません。

以前より５回以上利用してきました。いつもとても美しいホテルで日本からの友人は皆感激でした。大変残念なんことに今回は最低でした。ホテルの持ち主が変わったとかで、夜シャワーの排水溝がつまっている事をレセプションに伝えても今、人がいない．との一言でした。いつもたくさんあったアメニティーもそろってなくて、伝えても在庫がない。とのことでした。とても美しい私のお気に入りのホテルでしたが本当に残念です。

ホテルの造りが重厚ですごくいい雰囲気です。部屋も広くてとても良かったです。

立地・雰囲気・食事がよかった。タオルなどのアメニティーが４人(大人２、子供２）に対し、１枚しかついていなくて、何度も依頼して、やっと持ってきてもらった。夜間は門に人がいなくて、別棟のロビーに鍵を開けてもらわなくてはならないのが、不便だった。けれど、素敵な部屋で、古くても水回りもよく整っていてよかった。

とてもアンティークなホテルです。静かで、とても落ち着いた時間を過ごせます。 食事もとてもおいしかったです。レストランの雰囲気もとてもよくゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。

Personal descuidado ya que después de las8:00 pm cierran las puertas de acceso al hotel y tardan en abrirlas más de 40 minutos, no están atentos al huésped El personal deja abiertas las puertas de las habitaciones sin consideración, que puedan entrar cualquier persona a la habitación, son demasiado descuidados. The boutique hotel Positive: The house itself is a pretty well-kept, quaint relic. The rooms and hallways are charming, and you can genuinely feel the history in the space. It’s also located in a very convenient, strategic area. Negative: It’s noticeably smaller than it appears in photos. There’s no rooftop access, and the ground floor has built-in shops that take away from the exterior charm. Management Positive: The valet, servers, and cleaning staff were polite and attentive. One plus is that you can come and go at any hour without issue. Negative: The receptionists were unwelcoming, inexperienced, incompetent and passive-aggressive. I specifically booked a room that included a patio, but upon arrival, I was placed in a room without one. After a series of excuses—and only when I was ready to leave—they moved me to a room with a very narrow balcony that was covered in pigeon droppings, with pigeons actively nesting there. It was essentially unusable but I decided to be flexible. I also asked for a tour of the house and was again met with excuses by the receptionist. Ironically, the valet stepped in and was kind enough to give me a tour instead. Given that this is a historic landmark, it naturally attracts tourists. However, the receptionists seem to allow almost anyone to walk in at night and wander through the property, even reaching the second and third floors where guest rooms are secured with older-style locks that aren't particularly robust.

Let's start with hospitality, none of which was present from the beginning to the end. The charms of the place wears off when you have such terrible plumbing and wifi. The hotel was freezing cold and regulating the heat was tiresome. The wifi was something I have never seen, in and out constantly. It was impossible to work unless I went to the lobby. The bathroom was two rooms, but the shower had no curtain. Yea, the entire floor got wet when you showered. I stopped trying at one point given how hard it was to regulated hot and cold. The coffee in the room was some nondescript battery acid. The location is ideal and if it were run by folks who were eager to share and intrigue guests with its history, it would be great. As it is now, it is a sad story and very hard for me to recommend. I was happy to move on.

The Front Desk staff is rude, not welcoming we think that is was just Daniela but every single one of the front desk staff was rude, not attentive. The hotel do not have bellboy and the bathroom st both of our rooms were pretty poor conditions. In general the hotel is a jewel cause the history and location, but is shame the poor m and maintenance for a building of that importance. In history. Breakfast is average but Delmy is amazing and the only person that knows what service means.

O Hotel é lindo e tem história!! O atendimento foi excelente, moças que atendem são muito gentis, parabéns! Somente o café da manhã que não estava muito bom, limitado demais.

Nos salimos a las pocas horas de hacer check in. Desde el momento de registrarnos, la chica de Recepción estaba bostezando, nos entregó la habitación con mala cara. Aunque hay convenio con un estacionamiento, éste no tenía cupo cuando llegamos, ni tampoco es de 24 hrs.. La TV difícil de usar y no nos apoyaron.

this historical gem is worth seeking out. power was out in town the night we stayed (all part of the adventure) so they treated us to breakfast. the room was spotless and the staff was incredible. the grand piano being played while eating breakfast was a plus. we will return to stay longer someday!
