Perfekter Ort um in Tulum etwas weg vom trubel zu kommen. Richtig super zum entspannen und es wirkte sehr familär. Vor allem der Frühstücksplatz unter den Palmen am Meer ist ein Traum und wir haben kein vergleichbares Hotel in Tulum gesehen, bei dem es so etwas gibt. Auch der Strand ist mega! Im Zimmer war es leider etwas kalt in der Nacht, ansonsten aber sehr gemütlich und die Häuser sind super in die Natur eingefügt. Auch das Strandservice mit Getränken und Speisen unter Tags war super. Am Abend hätten wir uns eine Bar im Hotel gewünscht um noch ein Getränk zu trinken. Wichtig: Neben dem Hotel ist ein Beach Club. Dort kann es passieren, dass bis Mitternacht bei lauter Musik gefeiert wird. Die Taxis in Tulum sind abzocke, aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür. Auch vor dem Hotel in der Straße ist es nicht unbedingt angenehm unterwegs zu sein, da sehr viel Verkehr ist und es nach Abgasen stinkt. Generell muss man in Tulum mit höheren Preisen rechnen.

Love everything about this eco-resort, and the astoundingly beautiful beach it’s on. The quiet peaceful vibe is so chill, yet its location is surrounded by restaurants and shops, so great variety just steps away. Wonderfully friendly staff, charming grounds with pool, clean rooms, lovely breakfast included and served at their beach cafe. This was my second visit, but hopefully not my last.

We stayed here for five days and highly recommend it! All the staff were so helpful and friendly, anything we needed they took care of (including some guidance before we got there for booking transportation and tours). The breakfast on the beach is simple but tasty and filling. We had the tacos al pastor one lunchtime and it was some of the best tacos I have ever had! My only caution would be that it’s pretty far down the hotel strip and not very close to the more party-heavy areas, but that was what we were looking for.

Fantastic location, we loved little paths in the jungle, clean pool and convenient beds on the beach. Staff was very attentive but giving us a space.

Nueva Vida was the perfect place for our family. The room was cleaned immaculately every day by the nicest woman, the beach was just a few barefoot steps away, and the lounge chairs were very comfortable on the beach. This hotel didn’t have a party scene like the others, so we were able to sleep normal hours with a 5 year old. The internet was super fast and allowed us to get work done while lounging on the beach. If you enjoy quiet time or want some space with your family in a beachside hotel, this is the perfect place and I can’t wait to return.

This is my second time staying at this oasis and it won’t be my last!! Everything was perfect. Relaxing and reading to the sound of the waves right at my doorstep. The breakfast is wonderful and the complimentary coffee and water is much appreciated. Nueva Vida de Ramiro offers exceptional value and is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Make sure you’re aware that most of the rooms don’t have AC, and the ones that do are only allowed to use it at night. It’s a rustic hotel. The bed sheets and towels in our room were good quality, and the staff was friendly.

Es lo más increíble en la zona hotelera cada vez que voy quedo más sorprendida con la calidez de la gente, la ubicación limpieza, todo impecable. Estoy enamorada de este lugar.

Es muy lindo hotel acogedor. El único problema fue el club que tiene al lado con demasiado volumen. La gente de La la nueva vida se portó muy bien y me re localizaron mas lejos. Imagino ese tema es de Tulum y no culpa del hotel.

Staff was nice, but more like a 2-3 star hotel.

The place is right on the beach and the pool is lovely and so relaxing. The hotel is just far enough from all the noise, but a 5 minute walk to all the action near Rosa Negra. The staff bends over backwards to help you with whatever you need. We stayed in the Sueño Caribeño suite and it has a nice view of the ocean from both the room and the outside balcony. Just know that the balcony in that suite is outside of the room right by its front door, but it’s still quite private and two steps from the ocean.
