建物がコロニアル風で風情があります。部屋も清潔で広く、毎日ペットボトル1本が提供されました。朝食はバイキングもありボリュームたっぷりです。噴水を眺めながら（飼われている）小鳥の声を聞き、パティオ（中庭）で食べるのはいい感じです。TVはローカル局しか映りませんが、メキシコを感じるのにはちょうどいいのでは？たまにシャワーのお湯が出ないことがありました。若干周辺にバーがありますが、昼に外出する分には気になりません。観光地も徒歩圏内。プロレスを観戦するのも、歩いてすぐです。夜も比較的静かでよく眠れました。セブンイレブンもすぐそこ。おいしくて清潔なタコス屋も徒歩1ブロック。インターネットアクセスも大丈夫でした。コストパフォーマンスのよい、メキシコを感じられるよいホテルだと思います。

従業員は人当たりが良くいつも笑顔で対応してくれた。 窓据え置きの簡易エアコンのため動作音が意外とうるさい。 近くにセブンイレブンがあり便利。

El personal muy servicial y atento. La habitación muy limpia y funcional.

todo estuvo bien, el hotel muy limpio y tranquilo. solo que en mi caso llevaba una niña de 7 años y en los programas de tv no habia muchas opciones. La pantalla no era Smart, seria bueno poner ese tipo de pantallas.

Había mujeres en la esquina que daban mal aspecto para el lugar

the Hotel itself is not bad, but the location is aweful, the club across from it is one until late night, and the drunks apparently come over to hang at this hotel, the staff does nothing to shut them up and you can hear everything, needless to say we could not sleep, I will never return. Also know this is one of the worse areas in Guadalajara, since I didn't know this I ended up staying a couple of nights, but regret it since I was a bad experience. Also know that they did not allow me to get my luggage out of the room without paying the next day since it was past their check out, in other words they kidnapped my luggage unless I paid, I did pay, and rrgardless of complaints, they did not reimburse or made any arrangement to charge a lower fee. They kept the full night fee even when I told them I didn't want to stay that night because I had not slept the nights before.

The staff is amazing and they are all very kind, the rooms were very comfortable and the cleaning staff is extremely thorough, they are all very helpful and friendly ❤️

The staff was not very professional ,rooms were dusty and didn't seem clean ,beds were old and very hard ,very uncomfortable, wee arrived on a Monday and that night we could not sleep a wink ,because of all the loud music from the bar across the strret , i complained to front desk and his response was to give me ear plugs , the on premise restaurant was vlosed forr remodeling , the two days we were there no one was working in it ,the three water fountains inside to give a classic feel were all dry , we picked the hotel because its classic charm but there was no charm there ,the hotel as a whole is in desrepair, stall was not very professional or courteous, wee were staying 7 nights we left after 3 nights , we were tired and uncomfortable, no safe in room, no iron ,or hair dryer , just littl things to make your stay reasonable, the one thing that took the cake was the installation of the toilet paper holder was installed right next to toilet ,where you sit, we couldnt sit comfortably with the toilet paper right on top of you, it's an inexpensive quaint hotel, i guesss we got what we paid for , it needs a lot of work to be considered a nice hotel , hopefully they can bring it up to par ,because it has a lot of history and charm , wee stayed at Hotel Morales , that is what this hotel should strive for

El estacionamiento está a la vuelta, pero parece seguro, hay vigilancia, el personal en recepción son muy amables, el hotel está a unos pasos de 2 templos y caminando a la catedral 10 minutos

El hotel se encuentra relativamente cerca del centro y de lugares de comida, algo a considerar es que está rodeado de algunos bares que podrían incomodar por el ruido que producen, en mi caso no fue así pues mi habitación estaba al fondo alejada de la calle. En la habitación todo bien, excepto las almohadas, que considero podrían mejorar para tener un descanso más confortable. A pesar de ello, por el precio y la zona, me parece adecuado.

Very responsive staff, a comfortable room, great value for a reasonable cost.

The toilet is old. The lock is old. Card for the room sometimes doesn't work.
