建物がコロニアル風で風情があります。部屋も清潔で広く、毎日ペットボトル1本が提供されました。朝食はバイキングもありボリュームたっぷりです。噴水を眺めながら（飼われている）小鳥の声を聞き、パティオ（中庭）で食べるのはいい感じです。TVはローカル局しか映りませんが、メキシコを感じるのにはちょうどいいのでは？たまにシャワーのお湯が出ないことがありました。若干周辺にバーがありますが、昼に外出する分には気になりません。観光地も徒歩圏内。プロレスを観戦するのも、歩いてすぐです。夜も比較的静かでよく眠れました。セブンイレブンもすぐそこ。おいしくて清潔なタコス屋も徒歩1ブロック。インターネットアクセスも大丈夫でした。コストパフォーマンスのよい、メキシコを感じられるよいホテルだと思います。

従業員は人当たりが良くいつも笑顔で対応してくれた。 窓据え置きの簡易エアコンのため動作音が意外とうるさい。 近くにセブンイレブンがあり便利。

Clean, comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and shopping

First time at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the AC was nice and cold, the birds that were outside our doors were the alarm clock .. lol beautiful facility close to transportation. The shower was on the warm side but it was comfortable too

AL MOMENTO DE RENTAR VENÍA COMO ATRACTIVO EL DESAYUNO GRATIS, POR ESO LO ESCOGÍ. CUANDO LLEGUÉ AL HOTEL ME DIJERON QUE NO HABÍA TAL SERVICIO PORQUE ESTABA EN REMODELACIÓN EL RESTAURANTE. *EXPEDIA QUÉ HACE EN ESTOS CASOS? *SE OFRECE ALGO A CAMBIO PORQUE UNO DE LOS HOTELES QUE APARCEN COMO OPCIONES A RENTAR NO CUMPLIÓ CON LO QUE DICE OFRECER? HAY ALGO COMO COMPENSACIÓN PARA EL CLIENTE?

Muy céntrico, los cuartos son amplios y son muy atentos

Todo bien salvo el wifi, no tienen internet en las habitaciones, es muy mala la conexión… solo funciona cerca de la recepcion

It was good being there, walking around was nice and enjoyable.

Staff was friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful hotel I really like it. It is walking distance to a few must see attractions. Good restaurants in the area and street food is available. There’s a seven eleven which is across the street, so convenient. I will definitely come again. My room is nice and clean as well ;)

La ubicación es buena, pero la limpieza le falta un poco

My experience is sort of a "Good News / Bad News" situation. My first stay was fantastic! My room was large and comfortable. It featured little french doors to a tiny balcony that overlooked an interior courtyard where songbirds in a large cage greeted me every morning. I loved it and looked forward to my next visit. My most recent visit I was assigned a small room not much larger than a prison cell. No balcony; no french doors. No songbirds. The windows wouldn't even open to get some fresh air circulating. Still, the staff is friendly and helpful. The housekeeping is first-rate. I like the location for shopping and sight-seeing. I may stay again in the future, but the tiny, sterile room of my most recent visit has left me with a bad memory.

Nos encanto quedarnos en un hotel tan bonito y centrico!! Disfrutamos mucho del tour a Chapala . Nos divertimos mucho. Personal del hotel muy amable. La habitacion limpia y el hotel una maravilla.Gracias!

El hotel está en la zona centro de la ciudad, enseguida del hotel existen muchas cantinas y bares que hacen escándalo hasta altas horas de la noche, si prendes el minisplit empieza a oler a orina así que mejor no lo prendan, el alrededor del hotel huele muy mal por lo mismo de las cantinas.

I have stayed at this hotel countless times. It’s minutes to the center of the historic plaza on foot. Definitely in the heart of the city. It’s urban and surrounded by great cheap restaurants and shopping. If you’re looking for culture and hustle bustle this historical hotel is awesome. You’ll enjoy the architectural archway, the antique art. The rooms are not fancy, but they’re really fun.
