Great rooms and staff

Walers bar was great for before dinner, Mexican not so great! only bad thing to say about here! I hate when they bring app. salad, dinner all at once.

Did not feel welcome outside of one gentleman and I can’t remember his name but he was awesome. Most of the rest not so much

The staff is second to none, attentive, polite and always had a smile. The property is lovely, you can't swim in the ocean, but you have 3 pools to choose from and they are beautiful one with a swim up bar. There is something for everyone on the menus. Located across from the marina, its just a short walk to shops and tequila tasting!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandos! It’s a really cool resort built against the mountains. There are multiple levels with bars and restaurants to choose from. Whale watchers bar has rooftop seating and has incredible views! The Cupcake cafe was great for morning coffee also with a beautiful view of the marina. We enjoyed some spa time at the Spa Del Mar. The resort also had constant entertainment, nightly shows, and a few pools to choose from depending if you want music, a swim up bar or quiet. The beach is not swimmable but we loved going to the beach and watching the waves crash. It was our first time to Cabo, it was fun to see another side of Mexico.

Everything associated with this resort were excellent. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The food was excellent. The pools were very clean and the bars and restaurants were very accommodating. We will definitely return for another visit.

At checking we got a complimentary upgrade to a suite. We had the best time, the resort was clean, the staff were super friendly and the food was great.

The property and staff was amazing! Very well kept grounds. Staff was very friendly. Need more options for food. We will be back!

Decidí celebrar mi cumpleaños en familia en este lugar porque siempre ha sido uno de nuestros favoritos por sus vistas, la variedad gastronómica, las opciones de entretenimiento y el ambiente en general. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión la experiencia fue muy distinta a la que recordábamos. Desde nuestra llegada, en recepción nos comentaron que tendríamos una amenidad de cumpleaños, pero nunca llegó durante nuestra estancia. De igual forma, los beneficios de Expedia VIP no nos fueron mencionados y tuve que solicitarlos personalmente para poder recibirlos. Otro aspecto que llamó nuestra atención fue el estado de las piscinas. Lamentablemente, lucían descuidadas, con una apariencia que daba la impresión de no haber recibido mantenimiento adecuado durante varios días, incluso presentando una tonalidad verdosa. En cuanto al servicio en los restaurantes, también percibimos una disminución en la atención. Durante el desayuno, en varias ocasiones tuve que levantarme para conseguir cubiertos o solicitar agua, ya que el personal parecía estar rebasado por la cantidad de mesas. La sensación general era de una operación con recursos insuficientes para la demanda del momento. En resumen, no encontré esa atención y energía especial que en visitas anteriores habían marcado la diferencia. Aun así, las vistas continúan siendo extraordinarias y siguen siendo uno de los grandes atractivos del lugar.

Amazing property. Amazing staff and food

Love the property and vibe of the resort, this is our 3rd trip to Sandos. Didn’t love the room (Marina view) this time would book an ocean or garden view room.

Nuestra estadía en Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos fue increíble. Desde el primer día nos hicieron sentir como en casa con su amabilidad, atención y excelente servicio. Todo el personal siempre estuvo pendiente y creó un ambiente muy acogedor y familiar. Queremos agradecer especialmente al restaurante Agave: Omar, Leonsio, Virginia, Javier y Megan por su atención tan amable y dedicada. También al restaurante Emiliano’s, gracias a Alberto y Javier por hacernos sentir tan bien atendidos en cada visita. El grupo de entretenimiento fue espectacular: Yuki, Imara, Emmanuel y Carmen siempre llenos de energía y haciendo las actividades súper divertidas. Y un agradecimiento especial a Fernanda en el spa por su excelente atención y profesionalismo. Gracias por hacer nuestras vacaciones tan especiales y memorables. Sin duda volveríamos otra vez.
