Friendly staff and good activities

I loved every bit of my vacation to this resort - staff, food, entertainment. however, there was hotel next door being renovated and sitting by the beach was very unpleasant with the constant noise and dust from the moment you woke up until you went to bed. the hotel hosted a white party dinner by the beach and it was so fun but I wish it weren't so rushed. it was done by 9pm and the dancing only started at around 8:30pm when everyone started getting into it, they announced that it was the last song then ended the scene abruptly.

The staff was amazing! The views are just beautiful. It’s very close to the marina and you can walk! First time out of the country and we loved it. We can’t wait to come back!

The food was great. A variety of dishes. The drinks were exceptional. The bedding was comfortable.

We absolutely loved this resort. The staff was so friendly and the food was great! We loved Don Diegos for breakfast and Dinner. I would definitely stay here again. Within walking distance of the Marina and shops

The Hotel is gorgeous. The property is beautiful. We stayed in the newly remodeled Finisterra suites which were great. There was a slight hiccup with the room at check in, however America was at the front desk and quickly accommodated us. The bed was big and comfy. The room was clean. The food and drinks weren't great. The cupcakes at the cafe were hard and inedible. Unfortunately, there was a film across the top of the adult only pool that was a little unsettling. I'm guessing from all of the sunscreen...so we didn't use it. The property may not be the best for those with disabilities due to the steepness of the ramps, the amount of stairs and the size of the resort. But to make up for all of this, the service and staff were friendly and top-tier. It was close to the marina and felt safe to walk. We also did the short walk out of the gates to catch an uber several times and felt very safe.

Our stay was overall very good. However, the “Kids Club” offered at Finistera is below average. The hours are short and entertainment for the kids is not equivalent as other resorts. Also, staff working in the kids club is not welcoming during drop off. It almost seems as if they prefer kids don’t show up. I hope to see improvement in this area because otherwise this resort is very nice.

Good food options, clean pools, friendly staff. Facility sits on a hill. Conveniently located across the street from the marina. You have to walk down hill because Ubers can’t go inside the resort, just FYI. Could use more pillows on couch and bedding. No liquor, just beer and sodas. Ocean view was pretty. Late pool hours. Bars typically operating with one staff member, use improve especially during busy hours. Overall solid stay.

It delivered as expected the only down side is you can’t swim in the ocean there. That should be clear on their site

The staff and service were amazing

Great stay. Had to learn to schedule with pool time and eating so we didn’t overdue it in sun or eating too much. Don Diego was our favorite for dinner and breakfast and the Cupcake coffee shop and particularly Nelson were awesome! Also enjoyed shrimp tacos at Agave. Also shout out to Alfredo the bellman who was fantastic and friendly. Food was good but not incredible. Service for the most part was quite good.

We had a fantastic time at Los Cabos. Gorgeous views from our room, beach, the hospitality by staff was awesome!! Ricardo at the Pool bar restaurant, Arturo at swim up bar, Jose and Norma poolside, Salazar up in Dom Restaurant. Such a lovely place stayed 8 days and close to marina and lots of activities such as White party on beach, nightly events and entertainment. Our room was kept fresh and clean everyday and we had a huge balcony with full view of ocean and pools! We hope to come back in winter and see whales.

The service was outstanding specially Francisco the bartender at the lobby bar as well as Omar and Raul the supervisors at the two outside restaurants by the main pool. I did not like the fact that the shows that they offered for entertainment would start rather early and end a little before 10. The only bar open after 10:00 Pm is the nightclub. It would be good if they had the lobby bar open at least until midnight. The hotel has a great location although I was a little disappointed that you cannot swim in the beach where the hotel is located. Another great suggestions is that there should be a shower closer to the beach entrance. That way if you are tanning by the beach you can get a shower since swimming in that ocean is not possible.

Tha place has a great view. It is well kept,very clean. The food menu needs to have more variety.

Todo maravilloso, los empleados del hotel son muy amables y profesionales, el lugar está muy bien ubicado, pudimos hacer todo nuestro itinerario en el hotel. (Con este último fue un poco frustrante porque las actividades “Pagadas en el hotel” No incluían algunas tarifas extra que si o si teníamos que adquirir al momento de la actividad)

La ubicación del hotel es sin duda la mejor, la comida es superior al promedio, la atención es excelente y cómodo en todo sentido!
