Loved the view from our room and cleanliness

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent, the food was great, hotel it self felt safe , clean. Had a small issue with clogged bathroom sink, but they were there within minutes to unclog. No complaints at all. Would highly recommended.

The Sheraton is an older property that is very well maintained and located on an excellent site.

Service was top notch, property was beautiful, food was excellent, and location was perfect. Pool closed at 8pm. They went out of their way to grant my wishes. Lucky for them I only asked for tacos. There weren’t any at the buffet. They made some just for me. They were perfect. This place is big so if you have trouble walking try to get a ground floor room that opens to the garden. My wife and I loved the place. I am already saving for our next visit. Next time, I want to bring the whole family.

Tuve una mala experiencia desde que llegue. Al llegar me colocaron la pulsera de todo incluido cuando en realidad era plan europeo y a fuerzas me quisieron vender el todo incluido porque ya tenia la pulsera para dichos servicios y al negarme a pagar de mas me querian obligar a tomar una platica con desayuno gratis para comprar su tiempo compartido y por mas insistente de decir “no, gracias” a perdi casi 4 horas hasta que me dieron mi habitación; posteriormente al llegar al cuarto 2001 nos dimos cuenta que una de las camas no estaba bien sujeta y al sentarse en las orillas tendia a caerse, provocando un accidente, al comunicarlo a recepción me comentaron que por la hora no podian hacer nada y que le hicieramos como podíamos para pasar la noche y al día siguiente lo solucionarian (lo cual nunca paso) y ni sus luces del personal y sin dar solución; esa misma noche pedimos servicio al cuarto y como en su sistema sale que tenemos el todo incluido fue un verdadero problema poder pedir a la habitación y al final para que nos dieran comida quemada, queso con hongos y refrescos que de 3.50 mxn a un valor de 85 mxn y recibiendo mala atención del personal del starbuck y entregando productos caducados y todo por no pagar o dar propina en dolares; no todo fue malo, el lugar tiene buena ubicación, la playa limpia,las albercas estan en buen estado. Es buen hotel si eres gringo, pero si eres un mexicano mas en una vacación no creo que valga mucho la pena porque no serás tomado en cuenta.

Excelente elección si estás buscando un lugar cómodo y acogedor en Puerto Vallarta. Mi estancia en el Sheraton Bugambilias fue muy agradable, con un servicio amable y unas instalaciones modernas. ¡Recomendado!

Not enough nightly entertainment

Our family really enjoyed this property. The pool area was great There's plenty of room and the staff was amazing. Another plus is that you can walk to town. The only thing I didn't like is when we first arrived they pulled us aside and we're trying to sell us some kind of a package. Just let them politely no that you're not interested and they will leave you alone. We had a garden view that had a small patio area. My other family members were up higher. I liked my room better because I get up early and it gave me an area to drink coffee and enjoy the weather without disrupting other people in the room. There is a Starbucks on site and a bakery coffee shop and grocery store within a five minute walk. The next time we go back to Puerto Vallarta we will be staying here again
